Just online with Halifax, they are telling me I'll get the SAND shares in NYSE format: 'The new Sandstorm shares will trade on the NYSE, so you will be able to trade on our platform '

Practically impossible to try and extrapolate how the PI's will vote however, based on the sentiment here I would say most will vote NO. I think it will be close but I'm getting more positive that SAND will not get the 75% required, almost defiantly over 50% though it seems,,,

I disagree too. IMO GP/ER have seen this as a quick opportunity to get a pocket full of cash will little effort. Remember, nothing really changes for them - They, essentially, keep their old roles, still follow HM story to the new company and will have a share of the future benefits that come with that. It's just a transfer of wealth/assets out of our hands, cheaply, in into the hands of II's....

Can't see it being Sandstorm personally - Why would they buy on AIM and not US/Can markets? Also I feel, with the nature of the cash/share deal they've offered, that they don't have the cash for these big buys....
