Would have expected some numbers back off this by now though, my xp is that it's about a 6 week turnaround....May well be they have them and have chosen not to release yet.....

CBob - I'm assuming he's (CB) already got a contractor in mind re: your comment 'it just needs someone to go for it' based on a comment in he last RNS:

' We have taken the decision to employ different contractors for the terraces and adjacent to the river alluvials and the appointment is expected to be announced shortly.'

Hopefully this gets put in place soon so they can at least get up to speed before the rains return!

I think the latter personally LW, The 6 week deadline is long overdue. I plan on going to the AGM now and I'll request CB keeps his gob shut regarding such comments in the future..... o/

I've pondered this too TBH however, a complete takeover of the company. If you consider how much a HR contractor would have to pay us over the 7 year, open mine, lifespan; say 4e6*7 on the 80/20 deal. We'd be a bargain at 6pps as they'd get the subsequent Underground deposits, alluvials and other HR deposits.

OK - Not rented, but I very much doubt they own the equipment outright (Just doesn't add up that they would need a loan if they had access to that sort of cash) which means we don't get the plant should they default (Not fact - MO). Frustrated with Bird/XTR of late - I'd expected this project to do well despite any bad/mis management and I'm beginning to question myself on that! I'll stop ranting anyway and get back to running my own business....

Is it all rented/ financed?" posted as a statement of fact? It's a question we do not know the answer to. If they did have enough cash to fork out 4mil+ to buy plant it does make one wonder why they need a loan for a few 100k? (Another question)

Have sent about 15 emails over the last 3-4 years. Never once had a response. The only company I've ever been invested in and not had a response to my questions/queries; quite frankly a shambles here...... I even once sent a cheeky email to the CEO of Sprott Asset Management 10(billion $ company), He responded within 24hrs....A tip on investor relations for you CB! - You've got a lot to learn for sure!

Thanks for this SL Not believing a word of this 'Risk Averse' BS - Not so long ago he was banging on about how we should not be giving so much away and, now, as it seems like a done deal from that vid, he's giving away 80-85%. IMO he just CBA with the effort of setting up a mine, He's just got too many other projects on but can't be seen fail here so he's doing the bare minimum for the company to look 'successful'..... All IMO, but with all the failed promises over the last few months he's now as bad as Nelson in my book!

Personally, after all we've been through with this company, I would not at all be happy with 20% cut of FB. I do hope CB does not sell us short on this! It's not as though we are skint now and by the time it comes to start coughing up cash on, say a 50/50 deal, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Also, I doubt very much we will be expected to stump up �15E6 right away? and we now have a good revenue stream now to support that. I'm surprised CB has even suggested such a thing TBH; hasn't he mentioned quite the opposite in one of his podcasts recently? We should be giving less away!

20p would indeed be ace - Currently I'm hoping for12p and I can retire!
