All I'll add is it's definitely worthwhile seeing who is most positive today and then checking their posting history. See what price they initially bought into, what level they 'averaged down' and see if their tone has changed even one iota at any point.

Some of the more popular posters on here have been saying this is a screaming buy at every level. The never stop saying it. They seem to always be buying more. Where does all this free cash keep coming from?

I call BS. Some ppl on here are messing with you. Just look at a certain poster's message from a few weeks ago. This same person is screaming today that this is great buy at these level:

Personally, I have absolutely no idea if this is heading up or down. Certain posters are screaming that this is definitely going up. They said that at 85p too so they clearly haven't got a clue despite their confident tone. Don't listen to them. DYOR.

Moneymaker, NAP was sold for £600M with 2-3M oz of Pd. We have 19M.

600/3x19=3800.

We will sell for mote because our direct costs are far lower than NAP, we have WK and the potential for another 21M oz after that. Say we sell for £4.5Bn. Fair?

Foreign shares can absolutely be held in an isa. Foreign currency cannot so you have to pay exchange fees when you buy and sell.

Mt is currently held in EUA's balance sheet at cost.

If someone buys MT from us, they could show it at the cost they bought it for (or fair value on the open market) so would not look bad on the balance sheet.

If they buy EUA outright they might need to show a lot of goodwill on the balance sheet, depending on their accounting policies. Again, would increase total assets on their balance sheet.

Yeah, I think a lot of these low guesses are from when the guess was the level we would open at if we came out of suspension with no deal. Things have moved on since then. As you can see, most of the new entries are far higher than the old ones.

In our case, so many shares are in sticky hands I doubt there would be 50% available on the market at all

Ps that reflects 68p benchmarked against NAP plus a little extra to reflect our lower costs, WK, the potential 25M oz and the saving of 20% cgt saved by selling the company rather than the assets.

First of all if someone says “I don’t know but,” you can probably ignore what comes next.

There has been some debate today over whether EUA has to end suspension before this is over or not. I don’t think they do, Bluerill disagree. A bit of a moot point though since if we came out of suspension we’d re-rate very quickly (or gap up) to a much higher level commensurate with a fairer valuation than 7p represents.

Pointless debating you. Let’s just see what happens.

If we come out of suspension we will gap up to the level the MMs think the calculated NPV is. After that, the market will decide what the NPV is likely to be. Then the bidder will have to decide what they think NPV should be (which is likely to be more than the market initially thinks). At the end of the day, the Bod (then shareholders) will decide if they agree.

If the BoD reject an offer, the bidder must raise their bid or give up, no matter what the bid was in relation to the share price. Ultimately, the share price is not the deciding factor.

Bluerill might be right that we will re-list, it awaits to be seen.

I think s/he's wrong that it necessarily needs to relist.
