I agree that the figures are based on estimates and projections, but that's the best anyone can do at this stage, a PI or NN. So that's what everyone valuing our assets will be doing.

EG you complain that PGM prices are shown as increasing 1% annually when in reality this won't happen. You're right that it won't be as smooth as that. Obviously. But as a forecast you have to use current prices plus a fair average annual increase (I would have said more than 1%). You can't forecast the retraces of commodity prices. Nobody can. So you can't base a financial model on volatile prices.

Forecasting is not the same as predicting. Forecasting is the best estimate of what will happen years from now. Predicting is the realm of Mystic Meg. Mystic Meg would say 40% up this year, 10% down next year, etc which might look more realistic, but would definitely be wrong. Forecasting says it will increase at an average annual rate of x, which looks less realistic but will be closer to reality.

Their favourite trick is to make it red most of the time. That's why it so often drops first thing and then picks up late in the day. That way most of the time when you look at it it's red. Psychologically it feels like it's a loser, always going down, but in reality if you look day by day or week by week, there's not been much change (except for 1 day that it dropped 2p and didn't go back up).

That's before you even start with the main event of PGMs.......

This is the most obvious asset play I've ever invested in. A total no-brainer. Even without an FSP

Within our current licenses plus what’s within 5Km we have circa:

19.824M oz of Pd and Pt (approx 3:1 ratio)
0.59M oz of gold
5.94M oz of silver

Using today’s price that’s an in-situ value of $37.653Bn

There’s also about $644M of nickel, copper and cobalt in the flanks area (presumably there's more than this within the 5Km exclusive area). Let’s call that $38.8Bn.

I've left our Rhodium because I don't know how much there is. But at $12,400 an ounce, any Rhodium boosts our value.

At say 12% of in situ value (conservatively) we get $4.65Bn

X0.8 to EUA is 3.7Bn
X0.9 for fees and admin (generous) is $3.3Bn
That’s £2.58Bn
That’s 89p per share

WK has previously been calculated to be worth around 10p

That gives us a total value of EUA of around £1.

We have some idea what's in there:

1. Potential Pd and PGM resources of c.13.1t (421k oz) (as per State Cadastre of Deposits, No. 18 on Murmansk Geological Information Archive Reference Note of 07.03.2019)

2. Potential resources of Pd and PG? c.14.7 t (472k oz) and of gold c. 0.7t (as per State Cadastre of Deposits, No. 20 on Murmansk Geological Information Archive Reference Note of 07.03.2019)

3. Potential resources of Pd and PG? c. 320.1 t (10.2M oz) and of gold c. 10.1t (as per State Cadastre of Deposits, No. 21 on Murmansk Geological Information Archive Reference Note of 07.03.2019)

4. NKT (Nittis Kumuzhanaya Travanyaha) nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum, palladium, gold and silver with the following potential resources: Ni - c. 298,000 t, Cu - c. 229,000 t, Co - c. 11,300 t, Pt - c. 18.5 t, Pd - c. 55.0 t, (Pt+Pd= 73.5t or 2.3M oz) Au - c. 7.6 t, Ag - c. 185t (as per State Cadastre of Deposits, No. 22 on Murmansk Geological Information Archive Reference Note of 07.03.2019).

The total in items 1 to 4 above, which excludes the c.2M oz in Eurasia's current production license is c.13M oz of PGM of which palladium is predominant. The Pd to Pt ratio in Monchetundra production license varies from 1.7 to 5.8 Pd/Pt ratio, a similar range is observed in the Flanks area.

Oh contrare baby - If this company and its prospects were that bad then why have they gained almost 5000% since the low?

There's 30,410 tonnes in the mining license + flanks. At $14,747 per tonne that's $448.5M or £345M.

As far as I'm I'm concerned this is the huge 2 fingers up to the naysayers. There's no way in hell UBS and Citic have been duped, or are doing any work unless they expect to get paid which will only happen once the sale is completed.

A sale is definitely happening imo.

UBS, Citic, the bidders and the BoD all know this, hence the FSP, NDAs and deep, length negotiations.

So what do the MMs do? They drop the price from 28 last week to 20 today. Absolute nonsense!

I am holding firm because of the above.

I do not believe for a second that the bids over the formal sale drop 9% just because the share price has. Not for 1 second. That would be mayhem, especially with multiple bidders. I think the sale price is either agreed or nearly agreed, and the share price is irrelevant.
