HarChris - My view is we have set up production in USA and Europe.

If we get EUA prior to P3 active 2 in the states I expect our entire 100k/month treatments to get snapped up fairly quickly.

My assumption is at this point whoever may be our eventual suitor might step in as a JV partner to ramp up production.

This can continue until covid is under control at that point I’d expect them to take over the company and start broadening the se case do the drug through additional trials.

I expect a major JV partner very soon who will be the eventual suitor.

SNG’s recent movements have been very much like a company preparing to ship product to market themselves.

This is good news for shareholders or should bring maximum shareholder value long term.

Happy - It’s the same trial except it is evident now that the recruitment has started.

This trial will recruit fast, best case they fill the trial on day one (unlikely) that would mean results would be known in 14-28days.

Essentially what’s driving the price is that before the end of March we will likely have the P2 data, news on potential EUA pre-orders and P3 expansion.

The clock is well and truly ticking.

Org - I wouldn’t read too much into it the host obviously hoped the pill would work, it’s by far the easiest. But notice how the specialist talked it down saying you need to take it 4times a day and that people often forget.

Also note that for the remainder of the section they talked mainly about SNG.

They also emphasised that multiple treatments will be required I think they genuinely want them all to be successful.

Don’t get too concerned by that I think it’s most likely referencing the fact that if you are unable to use the nebuliser yourself due to some sort of disability you will be excluded.

The other treatments are either an injection or infusion which will require a clinic visit or some pills.

I think ultimately we will never know all the reasons behind exclusion from recovery, but several plausible reasons:

-Recovery would have come with strings attached perhaps pressure to reduce treatment cost.
-Recovery trial protocol may not have favoured SNG (think what WHO solidarity trial did for FARN)
-At the time we simply didn’t have the manufacturing scale.

Activ2 is a no brainier and ultimately the quickest route into the key market USA.

Yep which is disappointing considering we had 10 trial sites for the P2, but on consideration I expect Birmingham and Hull where most likely the largest contributors to the P2 numbers so maybe this is a tactical choice to find the 200 patients fast.

Fly_bird - Thats the P2 trial, the Hospital and Home arms of that trial are already finished. Hospital preliminaries already released Home readout due in Q2.

Super spreader event about to kick off in America P3 US and Active2 trial should fill in no time. Hopefully RNS this week to state trials are recruiting.

Hold4results - have they completely stopped it or only stopped it for ventilated patients?

Parsley - I just re-read it and it’s not clear, it claims all the care homes have had their first shot but unclear if this infection broke out prior to the vaccination round.

Either way it’s tragic.

I assume based on the article these residents had received their first jab. Very sad news indeed.

Another thing that irks me somewhat is that I continuously hear adverts on the radio asking males in the U.K. who have had Covid to donate their blood plasma. I thought plasma has been well and truly proven not to provide any benefit?

If you are hospitalised with Covid chances are you have an underlying health condition or are in the vulnerable age category.

To achieve maximum chance of success in @home trial they specified the criteria to target the high risk groups.

Org - Fast track status in U.K., priority operation warp speed status in the US. I dread to think how slow progress would be without this.

Obviously there is a lot of care and attention required we just have to trust that things are moving as fast as they can.

Thankfully P3 is underway.

Market Makers just make a market they don’t manipulate the price to purposely push PI’s out. The price moves about based on supply demand.

If they have a large order to fill the price will move to a price point that facilitates that order. That could be up or down depending on market forces.

If the price drops and you as a Pi sell that’s not the market makers fault that’s just your lack of confidence in your own research.

If more Pi’s held onto their shares there would be less free float and most likely the price would rise.
