You wouldn't stockpile a drug that runs a risk of becoming redundant due to mutations. The early Mabs ordered by governments are ineffective against the new strains and have left a big bill for no return.

Doc - I too am slightly disappointed we are not getting updates when other countries are coming online.

I probably had unrealistic expectations that they would announce once the international sites came on board.

CW25 - Agreed whilst Activ2 data may trigger EUA and Pre-Orders (possibility home trial may do this also). It is the P3 trials that will bring full approval.

Full approval is when big pharma become interested since the risk is completely removed and it becomes much easier to repurpose the drug to other ailments.

D2C2 - The mining thing is just my opinion. In theory bitcoin will not be fully mined for another 100 years.

But it's requiring increasing levels of energy to mine it, if Bitcoin continues to rise in value it becomes more lucrative to mine thus more competitive to do so requiring more energy.

The miners are competing against each other the first miner to resolve the block gets the reward, so it pays to have the fastest hardware.

I cannot see a situation whereby some sort of regulation is not put in place to curb the energy consumption of Bitcoin.

In contrast proof of stake does not have the same exponential energy issue.

ARB are a miner so they operate on the basis of proof of work. They must invest in hardware to mine coins, this is excessively energy intensive and it's a competitive business. IMO mining will go out of fashion and will get phased out.

Pluto is investing in proof of stake. Proof of stake allows holders of the currency to stake their tokens which can then be used to validate transactions on the network, as a reward for facilitating the network the holders are rewarded with more tokens. Rates in excess of 12% are possible from staking alone on top of any gains due to the increase in the base value.

It's good that ARB are looking to diversify into proof of stake.

Scinv - As someone who knows a little about what is involved in constructing an RNS statement to deliver to the market I think your criticisms are a tad misplaced.

RM's mandate is to grow and protect the share price whilst not divulging information that is either inflammatory or misleading to the market.

Each RNS will be scrutinised and vetoed by NED's, nomads and perhaps the house broker.

I've always found RM to be a very upfront and honest guy his media appearances have often filled in the blanks from the RNS statements, which has been much appreciated by many PI.

In a time of great volatility the company has not resorted to having to issue a Speeding Ticket RNS, most announcements have genuinely graced the market without leaks.

It's really refreshing to see an AIM Biotech being run in this manner.

Scinv - They've been pretty clear about manufacturing.

Original funds went into getting essential low cost non perishable items into stock.

Second fund raise went into bringing on stream additional manufacturers, securing medical grade syringes, running manufacturing trials to ensure new suppliers meet quality. Intention was to eventually supply the later trials with product produced by Akron. I would not be surprised if Activ2 is using product from the USA hence why there was seemingly a long time between us all knowing we would be on Activ2 to actually the formal announcement.

Dave - Unfortunately there really isn’t a lot to talk about currently that we don’t already know.

Before P2 an excellent job was done trying to identify any scientific paper that would question the IFN approach.

Then more recently we had the super sleuthing to identify Activ2 involvement months ahead of a formal announcement.

Now it’s just a waiting game.

Doc - It wasn’t aimed at anyone in particular.

We all would have loved things to move a bit quicker but when you step back and look at similar sized biotechs we really are punching.

The majors can get away with cutting a few corners, companies without proven track records have to jump through all the hoops I’m afraid.

People need to relax a bit here if there’s one thing SNG know how to do it is how to punch above their weight and get top quality trial data banked.

If you have followed the covid therapeutic story since last year you will be well aware of all the companies that raised cash to run trials for covid many of them on aim.

The list of AIM companies that succeeded in completing the first trial is very short, the list of companies that went onto complete a second trial is SNG and the list of companies that went on to bank a further P2 and P3 trials is again just SNG.

They seem to know what they are doing let’s leave them too it and support them by holding onto your shares.

Anyway back to SNG we seem pretty stable currently which is nice for a change.

Gkb47 - Sure gold has practical uses but there is more than enough of it around to service those. It’s only the fact that people hoard vast amounts of it that’s it’s value is high.

Helium now that’s a scarce resource which we **** away in birthday balloons... future generations will pay for our stupidity.

Bitcoin I agree is fairly useless, but a crypto token that can be used to verify an action without the need for a trusted human 3rd party or parties well that’s very useful indeed and valuable.

Woodstock - Crypto is just as baseless as FIAT currency. It’s all a matter of perspective gold only has value because it’s finite and people like it.

If people didn’t like or want gold it would have zero value regardless of how scarce it is.

The power of crypto has yet to be realised by the masses.

Currently if I want to buy a house I need a bank and a solicitor to act as intermediaries to ensure both sides of the party hold up the deal.

In the world of crypto you don’t need a bank or a solicitor since the network verifies the transaction.

Crypto will make so many processes more efficient and safe but it will displace the need for lawyers, solicitors and the banking system so sadly it might take a while.

Bitcoin whilst the first crypto currency is not the future. Services built around the etherium token are the future.

Tommy - I think it's prudent to manage our own expectations I've seen it time and time again that we get ahead of ourselves and then the boar descends into misery when self imposed deadlines slip.

SNG has said Q2 so lets plan to that. If it comes sooner brilliant but lets not plan for that.

Doc - Stating that trials are well advanced could be referring to the program as a whole, SNG001 in the hospital setting is at the advanced stage now being in P3.

When vaccine trials have been reported on they've always talked about the trials as a program of P1 through P3, rather than individual trials.

Teofore - Or the vast majority here understand the complexity of this virus and the magnitude of issue we are facing globally.

I have diligently stuck to all the lockdown rules for the greater good of humanity, I have a 6month old who has briefly met her grandparents once in person.

I eagerly await for a time where it is safe to socialise more freely and enjoy the delights of travel etc.

But it is evident that this will not be the case anytime soon and you are kidding yourself if you believe the current vaccine will allow this.

We need a 3pronged approach Vaccinate, Test, Treat.

The 3rd pillar is non-existent currently all drugs are targeting the later stage of the infection.

Until the 3 pillars are in place it is dangerous to open up fully.

If you read around the subject you will see that the knowledgable experts are all discussing treatments now not vaccines. They are also projecting well into 2022 and beyond.

SNG and other companies are the route out of this mess they have my full support.

I will not be investing in travel companies who will be heavily promoting relaxing of restrictions, these companies unfortunately will be the problem over the next 6months.

Agree ref current share price has no bearing on eventual value.

Currently we are priced based on speculation and perceived risk.

Once orders are booked we will be priced on revenue generating activities.
