Physical - It think it’s just the state of the market currently there is huge volatility so plenty of opportunities to make significant gains.

The timescales here are such that you can dip in and out with little risk of being locked out.

Buy and hold for 12months and you should get a good return. If you expect it to hold gains after each piece of news you may be disappointed.

Loot - Their method of action is different. Both are direct to lung and easily administered.

I’d probably say SNG is 4-6momths ahead of TIls regarding trial progress.

SNG is early to mid stage of the infection cycle but with the discovery of short Ace2 it might even be suitable for ventilated patients. It also works in conjunction with oral and inhaled steroids.

As foramulab progresses through trials we will understand how and when to use it to it’s best. The delivery method certainly makes it applicable for home use.

Both are likely to have a very broad use in the future.

There is certainly room for both treatments the global demand for treatment will be massive.

True but look at Polar’s history they tend to TR1 the day after very prompt makes a change.

My post was to highlight what the most likely next steps are.

You jumped on my first post suggesting I pipe down and do some research suggests to me that you prefer to hear mindless ramping than a bit of constructive discussion.

The pipeline here is great there’s a lot investors could learn from the companies around us that have trodden the same path very recently.

Talks of EUA at this stage is comical!

Learn the lesson from SNG who have fast track FDA status and Fast track MHRA status.

Then consider what the next steps are for TIlS and foramulab in covid.

I expect a circa 200 patient Phase2b trial is required which would then lead to a larger 600+ phase 3 trial.

Arguments for EUA could come after a successful Phase2b trial on commitments to finish the P3 trial alongside and then you can push for full approval.

Let’s see what the board say about next steps but I think I’ll be pretty spot on.

This won’t move forward until the elephants in the room are addressed:

-When will P2b start
-how big will P2b be
-Which countries will it be in
-Will it receive fast track status
-Who will fund the larger P2b and potentially P3 trials

As far as I am aware there is no cash set aside for foramulab trials for Covid.

I’m still trying to get my head around what the current information is saying but several grey areas stand out.

Control group was not on standard of care treatment that’s a biggie.

Very odd dosing regime as well give dex for the first 3days on one of the cohorts.

Interested to see data from a full P2.

Mass vaccines, boosters and therapeutics all required.

SNG’s party trick it’s mutation agnostic buying time for new boosters to be developed to tackle mutations.

HarChris - It’s really nice to watch a genuinely decent guy who has dedicated large parts of his life to this field see it all come together.

15years of research, understanding and learning all culminating in these trials.

Up until now all he could say was the science suggests X or our research leads us to believe Y.

Now he is receiving the data that can categorically say this works and this is why. Must be an amazing feeling and his language has changed because he has the data to back it up.

I think short Ace2 discovery (Southampton uni again) closed out the following unknowns from the P2 trial:

- Why where the results so good, even SNG seemed surprised
- Why did the treatment show the biggest trend in patients that where further along in the infection cycle. (Cykotine storm had been a real concern) until the role of short Ace2 was discovered this could be have considered an anomaly in the data.

Clearly strategic plus whilst Holgate is clearly involved in Synairgen he is also massively involved with Southampton University and numerous advisory roles.

It looks a lot better coming from Holgate or Tom Wilkinson than RM who would just get labelled as a CEO looking to benefit from the pandemic.

Org - They will have all received vaccines that have some efficacy to the virus. Likely 50% or less vs the Brazilian and South African strains and who knows how long protection will last.

The need for therapeutics is very real as is the need for new vaccines.

Agreed Oil hence the trial design of the @home prove it works in the at risk groups.

Faye - If you work the numbers the other way how many staff man an ICU bed on a ward?

If we can reduce the ICU requirements staff can be diverted back to their normal functions and the NHS starts to function again.

The overhead to deliver SNG is far less than to run ICU full of covid patients.

Well currently we have approx 3000 hospitalisation a day due to covid. The goal would be to reach these patients in the home setting.

Assume a single nurse could work a daily caseload of 10 patients.

I’d say 300 nurses would cater for the whole of the U.K. you could start with all the nurses/nhs staff that have to self isolate at home due to covid symptoms.

The drug will be used in the hospital setting first anyway I expect. And once patients become out patients they can continue to take from home.

Once approved a nurse is probably not required as regularly as they are during the trials since you do not need to check up that the dosage is taken correctly for trial purposes.

A rise doesn’t check that you take your prescription pills or asthma inhaler this will be no different.

Belgian - that’s not a bad idea certainly spreads the risk

Belgian - Polar hold exactly 10% of the company as per the major share holders section of the SNG website.

I acknowledge the Morningstar list is far from accurate. But it’s very interesting watching the names that come and go on a monthly basis.

The key point do me is the list has literally doubled since I last looked a week ago.
