For those that missed it the last time I posted this is the latest manufacturing update from the company. They are gearing up to be able to supply commercially in quantity by the middle of this year which ties in with a realistic timeline for them to recieve approvals. It is fantastic that they are able to conduct these manufacturing trials and scale up activities thanks to the funding provided by us investors.

"SNG001, interferon beta-1a nebuliser solution, is currently presented in glass syringes (PFS). Commercial manufacturing of SNG001 in PFS is being performed by Catalent. We are also evaluating the use of blow-filled seal technology (BFS) at Catalent. To meet the demands if clinical studies are successful, we are working with a second drug substance supplier. Drug substance from this manufacturer will be used in commercial manufacture. The intention is to be able to supply the market in the middle of next year.

We are looking to bring expertise into the company to lead and manage this activity. We are currently supported by some very able consultants."

Tatty - I’d prefer there to be no news until after April 5th and a share price decline until that point also suits me.

In my mind RM is doing all LTH’s a solid by allowing us to get more shares inside a tax wrapper.

I doubt however this is on his mind the results will come when they are ready.

Ref your comment of their other opportunities I think it’s clear from their website that SNG001 will have a new owner since they have added the “Collaboration Opportunities” to their website recently.

They are actively seeking new research opportunities something they where not advertising until now.

Volume is minuscule, ignore the share price movements or get greedy.

Tatty, Andy - You are entitled to your opinions but I have to say mine differ with respect to communication.

Let’s drill down and try and understand what your expectations are.

I manage a large team of people, I work with them to set targets and expect them to update me on a frequent basis on their progress.

In between these fixed reporting deadlines I only expect to hear from them if they are stuck and need help, or there has been a problem which will materially effect the outcome of the project.

Anything more and I would be micromanaging and that is normally counter productive.

As an investor I expect companies to keep to their reporting schedules, there are fixed schedules such as 6monthly and yearly financials, AGM’s etc. Outside of these formalities there is the self imposed projects which the companies need to report on.

In the case of Synairgen I expect to hear news for the following reasons:

-Something bad has happened
-Something exceptionally good has happened
-Progress update

They last updated us on progress at the end of February we are now in March, we know they have committed to Q2 release of results so I will be disappointed if we don’t get an update in April.

I do not think it is reasonable to expect news yet the company has been transparent about when the next communication will be, just let them get on with it. We will be the first to know if something is wrong they are legally obliged to release this news.

The company I work for release maybe 6RNS’s a year I’m not sure you’d be able to cope with the lack of news yet if you had invested over the past 5years you would have made 25x your initial investment.

Kevin - We are averaging 1-2 RNS’s from the company per month what more do you want? Won’t be long and HT results will be released.

People need to appreciate you don't just raise a purchase order with a supplier and a few weeks later your drug arrives.

The supply chain for a drug is very complex just as the supply chain for a vaccine is and we all know the issues currently there.

What SNG are currently doing is developing this supply chain, we have chosen our partners we are transferring the technology and fine tuning the process. Probably leveraging some new processes to knock a bit of cost out or increase yield.

I believe they are or intend to use the drug product from their commercial partner in the Activ-2 trials maybe P3. This is a smart move and will I'm sure reassure the FDA that what they are testing is what they will get once they approve.

All of this brings real value to us as shareholders, when/if we get approved we will be capable of supplying large quantities of drug and quickly, generating significant revenue.

No need for a large pharma to assist us at the last hurdle and reap all the spoils. Large Pharma will have to pay fair value you will thank RM for this in due course.

Lots of evidence there that all the relevant hurdles are being knocked down such that when approval in any shape or form is granted we hit the ground running. The scale up processes is very much underway.

Blessed - Results after the 5th of April would be much appreciated including a flash crash sub £1 for good measure.

We are well and truly in the zone where a lot of PI's loose their nerve, news is close anticipation is high and movements in the share price are over scrutinised.

If you are invested hoping to ride a wave into results and sell out before, that's unlikely to happen. It didn't last time and a lot of people lost money bailing out as the share price retraced only to explode on news.

Today was an excellent opportunity to take a few more shares there will be many more opportunities I'm sure over the next few weeks so keep a bit of powder dry.

The board have an excellent track record I think they have earned our patience and I firmly believe they will deliver another set of solid data with HT. Meanwhile the active trials continue to progress.

Direct to lung has to be the most efficient method for a viral pathogen.

Very confident SNG hold all the aces.

There are other similar drugs further advanced than Pfizer’s we will need a wide variety of options in our tool kit to fight this virus.

Maybe I made some assumptions there on the number of items in the list I can see a few scroll bars there.

The date format is mm/dd/yy run down the list and you can see 07/17/20.

The list is also not complete since there is only two pages to the list, holdings are ranked in size order and the first page has roughly 50% the second page can only have circa 20% since each holding will be less than 1.3%.

I agree it’s highly likely the UBS holding is just various nominee accounts.

No way 10% of the companies share issue have been disposed of recently. The volume has been too small and the price too stable.

Oil - If you are prepaid to pay for it you can I think it’s about £25k a year and you have to lease it for several years.

Perhaps there is also a rule you have to be a verified financial services company too.

It’s worth noting from the Bloomberg screen that Tikvah still hold just under the 5% threshold I remember the arguments a while back with lots of trouble makers claiming they had sold out completely.

HomeTrial results are inbound that’s a given.

Nothing to stop Activ-2 considering to use the home trial data to progress onto P3, the trial design says it will consider supporting data.

Also will P2 home trial data be enough to allow us to make an EUA application.
