Robbie - Monday marks 90days after the last person was dosed in the home trial.

It means that the entire trial cohort will have been asked all the follow up questions.

Whilst only the 28day data will be part of the interim analysis it was speculated that releasing the interim data prior to capturing the 90day data could add bias.

So it would be wise for the company to wait until after the 90day point to release news.

It’s all speculation of course.

Although the data everyone is expecting to be released is the home trial data that completed earlier in the year.

So many stories like that in crypto all with a common theme, the investor misplaced or forgot they had them.

Many would do well to forget they own SNG and return in. 6months.

Scinv - They may have told the market that they paused it but I don’t think anyone expected them to unpause it and recruit an extra 9or so patients to complete it.

They probably have data for 9 patients from the trials subsequently that also suffer from COPD.

You also have to put into perspective what they where trying to achieve with the P2, I don’t think many P2’s of that size achieve statistical significance. The trends are there and this P2 would have always been a pre-cursor to a larger P3.

It was opened purely to support the safety case for an early EUA in my opinion obviously they came up short and the rest is history.

It made no sense to role out a COPD P3 since Covid is the priority globally currently and approval for Covid would most likely mean an easier route to becoming abroad spectrum antiviral for use in patients who suffer from COPD.

We announced we had received accelerated approvals from the MHRA on the 18/03/20.

Recovery also started in March 2020 so I guess it was possible we snubbed them.

Someone saw the Aurora nominees holding at 4.5% early March so polygon increased recently but not in one big hit hence the share price action has been pretty flat.

Polar selling a few was also known about.

Interestingly if you look at the polar fund they are carrying a larger % of cash in the fund and have also increased significantly their AZN holding.

I suspect they are just adjusting the risk profile for the new fiscal year.

Naewise - We can only speculate but what we know:

-90day follow up for all patients will have completed close of play Monday.

-We are beyond the timeframe it took them to analyse the Hospital trial data which was a similar size.

-RM has always stated Q2 for results which we are now in.

If they choose to release data before analysing the 45 and 90day data we could be looking at a RNS Tuesday onwards.

If they want to include the long covid data upto 90days we are probably talking early May.

Enrico - Polygon had over 4.5% of their shares early March. Their buying recently has been slow and steady at around the £1.45 mark.

They chose to expose themselves by going above 5% this is intriguing. Not sure what their next move is.

Jakefletch - Clearly Polygon did not purchase 5% of the company in a matter of days, they’ve actually been at it for some time now and have only just crossed the threshold.

Not2sure - It's worth looking at the whole picture here.

This year SNG will have collected in P2 and P3 trials a total in excess of 1160 individual data sets.

I think it is very clear from all of the scientific publications from the last 18months and there have been 100's that Type 1 IFN B has a significant impact against a range of coronaviruses.

You are quite right when you say failure has not been priced in here, if SNG001 was to show no benefit in any of the current trials the share price would tank through the floor.

However there is not a single shred of evidence in any scientific paper or from any of SNG's current trial data to suggest this.

It's a case now of sitting and waiting, if HT comes back inconclusive it will be a numbers game and more data will be required, hence Activ2 hot on it's heals is beneficial and Global P3.

This drug was always much bigger than Covid, it's moving a lot on the perceived demand due to the Covid pandemic but I don't think any of us really contemplate how big the opportunity is here.

I'm not going to speculate on price because it doesn't do us any favours i'm just happy to let RM & Co collect their data. The data will take care of the rest.

It’s a political minefield, lockdowns are unsustainable for the economy. Business as usual is unsustainable for the NHS.

Hopefully we can find some form of happy medium in the future but lots of learning and adapting still to be had.
