Aerogen is less efficient than the iNeb.

Original P3 trial had 2 dosing regimes using Aerogen, but after review and from guidance from FDA the lower doseage was droped.

The current dosing regime delivers more IFn to the lung despit the less efficient nebuliser.

The Aerogen is widely used in hospitals in our target markets, the FDA was involved in the decision to move to this device.

TLWilliams - It's not an AIM requirement and seems a bit OTT for a company the size of SNG, the aim listed company I work for circa 500-600mil mcap sticks out an interim report 7am via RNS each year standard procedure.

It may just be that SNG have been advised to change the way they operate but deviation to a 1pm webcast for analysts has peeked my attention.

Borsaci06 - The point is why have a q&a about 6monthly results they’ve never done it before so why do it now. Either they’ve been asked to do it by large investors or they have something they want to say.

Nothing stopping them putting an RNS out on the morning of the webcast or during the webcast.

It's curious never before have SNG put an RNS out indicating that Pre-Liminary results are due on x date. Also never before have SNG gone to teh lengths of having a webcast Q&A for Pre-Lim resutls.

Why woudl they go to all teh boeh rof a webcast Q&A if they have nothing to say? Food for thougt.

Either they think there is significant interest from analysts for them to warrant a Q&A or they have something to say and want a platform to say it.

Wouldn't rule out a further RNS soon.

She is a proper talent humble in victory, polite and well spoken. Hope the British public and press take good care of her she will be a fantastic role model for many youngsters in Britain my own included.

Polygon are certainly hoovering but they are not an aggressor. Hence they accumulate on the pull backs happy to buy weakness the rise today implies to me that whoever was offloading a few has finished.

The AI claim is BS it’s simply collating in order of post count high to low on a board over a particular time span.

Your exit point has to be your own personal decision.

It pays to do a bit of researching into how companies are valued.

Then decide what needs to be in place in order to achieve those valuations.

Then decide if you are prepared to wait long enough for those pre-requisites to be achieved.

Personally I believe this company will be multi-billion territory.

But that valuation will only come after certain milestones are achieved.

It may have hit that on hype alone at the beginning of the pandemic but now we require more but I strongly believe the management team have everything under control.

Prof - Are the 18-30’s at min risk?

I would have said yes earlier in the pandemic but the hospital numbers do not look as favourable now.

Matterhorn - The company only paused the COPD trial becuase it was deemed inappropriate to put the pool of trialists in harms way by bringing them into hopsital for checks when we had a deadly virus on the loose and they would be particualrly vulnerable to it.

The company stated themselves that if one of the pool of patients had contracted covid they would have been eligable for the trial.

So in short if we recieve approval for Covid this is likely to cover anyone over the age of 18, exlcuding pregnant woman, and immuno comprimised cancer patients.

Further trials or (time in use) would be required for children, prem babies, Pregnant woman and cancer patients undergoing treatment.

All of which are likely to benefit hugely from this treatment IMO.

Josh- clinigen very much will be distributing for us if we don’t strike licensing deals. The whole point of Clinigen is to tick the distribution box to satisfy EUA requirements.

This also shows how small the prophylactic market is if you are developing a drug for that market is has to be dirt cheep because the benefits are slim.

Interesting to Kate that mabs have limited effectiveness after the 10day window.

SNG sits nicely in a position that it can be given early but also latter in the defection cycle too.

The lucrative market is the market where you treat a target cohort of patients early and bridge the home hospitalisation gap.

That’s where the real money is and that’s the drug we have.

Skeletor - If Activ 2 mirrored @home results I would be delighted.

The increased sample size of the combined data would probably get us a statistically significant result.

Also Activ2 are collecting a lot more data I believe so it will hopefully provide some additional markers that show which patients will benefit most from SNG.

Matterhorn - Add to that the bias within the global medical industry to favour the large pharma co.

These companies make it their business to have people embedded at every level throughout the medical infrastructure.

The result is their ability to leverage these resources to push through trials in double quick time deprecating the pool of patients for the small fish.

SNG have done incredibly well swimming against a large current testament to how good the treatment is and the strength of the management team.

I’ve found the whole Accustem commentary here mildly amusing from the get go.

Too many people ramping about how everyone was getting free shares etc setting the Pi expectations way out of kilter.

Essentially you have got 1:1 Accustem shares for ever Tils share you owned, that’s what they said and that’s what they have done.

The fact they chose to raise pre float probably makes business sense for commercialisation of Accustem.

It means Accustem has working cash without draining it from Tils, would you have rather Tils stumped up the cash this devaluing Tils?

I think too many people are expecting a pay day for nothing, both Tils and Accustem will require patience to realise true value either invest and wait or move on.

The £2 valuation of Tils was silly earlier in the year (for the stage of it’s development) I said as much then.

It’s not so bad here Nobby at least there is freedom of speech.

The trolling is a good opportunity to sense check ones investment.

No one on the telegram group can answer why if they are so convinced Activ2 has filled why we have not received data…

All these forums and groups breed the obsession to constantly check and analyse the share price movements. I’d highly recommend people switch off and come back in a couple of months when things are likely to get exciting.

Dudio - I agree with your second post and I’ve mentioned previously the @home data solved a big problem for us.

If we had shown stellar results in everyone this would have pushed us into the mass market high volume but low ticket price.

As it turns out we are a more targeted drug which is really effective in those that need it. Hence a large ticket price is justifiable and this is likely the more lucrative market.
