J_Cit - why would it be worth any less interested to see how you would attribute value to SNG from various stages of the pandemic.

Personally the most lucrative market for SNG is the US telemedicine market after the height of the pandemic has passed.

I don’t think a year or two during the pandemic really effects the value, SNG has a long future ahead of it.

Why is it these jokers always turn up on a Sunday evening.

We have a PI with links to market makers who has literally sign posted the polygon purchasing from day one on the private boards.

So anyone claiming they predicted a TR1 should save themselves the effort and just read the closed threads will save you lots of time.

Kevin - The rational for February.

This P3 readout has to be bullet proof we don’t have the clout of large pharma so cannot afford to have any dubious issues in our data. RM&co would not allow that anyway but I expect the database to be thoroughly vetted prior to locking and running the studies.

This will be our gold standard data set used to apply for approval.

Second is my interpretation of RM’s language.

If it was a mid January ETA he would have stated January.
If it was a March timeline he would have said Q1 or even H1 2022.

His choice of early 2022 implies to me that it’s not nailed on for Jan and could drift into February for various reasons everything always takes longer than anticipated.

For what it’s worth I’m not expecting results until Feb.

Bobby’s - Sit on your hands and wait for RM to advise you when the time is right.

Alanadale - Our major investors still have to deal with or nominated broker any communication is always vetted by our NED’s and broker.

We hold an AGM which all shareholders can register to attend. We do however hold investor days which are invitation only and the invitations are distributed by our broker and sometimes rival brokers that are bidding for our business.

It’s these investor days that large shareholders get the inside track on.

I watched them about 7 years ago I remember thinking they conveyed some key principals very well.

They start of fairly general but as you say things do change and there is an American bias.

And the market is efficient hence it finds the level at which the volume can be transacted.

The strategy is pretty clear IMO.

Polar - made a bold move earlier in the year and periodically have rebalanced their position to ensure their exposure meets their requirements. As SNG increase in value they decrease their holding to keep their exposure in check. They time their disposal in the run up to news taking advantage of the run up in price.

Polar - either for their own benefit or a 3rd parties are acquiring a large stake in SNG. Clearly they or their instructor are banking on a takeover bid they have a mandate to acquire as much stock as possible but not as an aggressor. They buy without causing a squeeze on the stock happily lapping up Polars offloading.

This is very different to the selling and buying or previous II’s who caused large swings in the share price. The manoeuvring of polar and polygon is happening in an orderly fashion.

Skeletor - if you read this very board the Friday before manic Monday you would have found the same LTH’s who believed entirely that the drug would be a success.

Not 20%.

I remember an argument I had that day on the OdX board where I got ridiculed for holding SNG.

My point is that whilst on this board we may have high confidence that high confidence has yet to be shown publicly by the media or influential figures.

This show of confidence will only come off the back of P3 data and it’s that show of confidence in the form of orders which will propel the share price by the orders of magnitude being discussed.

Polar - Reduced their holding because they are managing other people’s money and it is prudent to manage risk.

They know as well as everyone else that a pivotal moment is about to play out for SNG and they have adjusted their position accordingly.

If I was paying polar to manage my money I would expect them to do exactly what they have done.

Ndn - Must be a very depressing life you lead if you view everything with such negativity.

Here is a simple question for you why bother partnering with Ashfield now?

Surely you wait for your trial results then identify if there is a need for your drug and then get your partner on board.

Seems pretty obvious to everyone else that the confidence in SNG is of EPIC proportions.

Remember this is a company that barely releases news and only talks when they have something meaningful to say. The announcements seem to be coming thick and fast. I hazard a guess we are weeks away from the Trial results.

Interesting move by the government to decide that if you test positive with a lateral flow for covid you do not need a PCR test.

Many of the mabs are only administered if your specific genotype has been identified to ensure they are giving a drug that has a chance of working.

No PCR no genotype if you are unlucky to have complications by the time you get to hospital it may be too late to get tested and get the drugs.

Ndn71 - my argument is not around the tweet believe what you want for that.

But for the trading data that is all in black and white, analyse the last 12months of trading in SNG and you will see the facts rather than your opinions.

To make it simpler look at the weeks proceeding TR1’s

Polygon are not aggressors the price never rises when they are buying.

Patience is a trait pi’s should learn too many buy on a blue day I almost always buy on red days.

I’m curious though why you think polygon or another II piling in would cause the share price to rise.

History on this share and others shows the rise comes after the buying not before or during.

Now that’s a clear PR piece with retail investors in mind.

Reminds me of the comment RM made in the pro active interview prior to the first set of results he clearly told retail investors to “wait for our news”.

This tweet clearly signposts retail investors to the fact they are solely focused on commercialising the product and that they are full speed ahead in 2022.

It goes something like.

“Institution - I want to build a position in SNG for X @ below Y.”

“Broker - I’ll try and work this into the market”

Option 1 - increase the price due to demand to encourage sellers. Most likely outcome of this is it will generate hysteria amongst PI’s and create more buying pressure opposite of what they need to execute the Order.

Option 2 - drop the price which unsettles retail stimulating selling and therefore volume for the II to buy at the target price.

Once the transaction is complete share usually kicks back up on any losses. Seen it time and time again on this share.

Everyday that goes by is a day closer to news.

Every trading day that passes is one less trading day for big outfits to accumulate shares.

It’s not easy for big players to build positions polygon have been at it for a while.
