Manifesto - I posted previously that I hoped RM would provide a statement this week. I don't expect him to have all the answers yet but a statement would be nice to at least put a loose time frame on events moving forward.

What I do object to is the spamming of company email addresses and bombarding their phonelines that does no one any favours.

jamiedimon - That's not entirely true is it. Polar still own 4.8% of the company. Turns out their risk management/portfolio rebalancing prior to results was a wise move.

I think PI’s have unrealistic expectations if this was AZN you wouldn’t be moaning in the same way you’d wait until they gave you the next update which would likely take longer than SNG. Your opportunity to raise questions to the company would be at the next agm etc.

Vote with your feet either stay invested or not but spamming the company phone lines is not in the interest of anyone here.

You claim you knew the risks so be thankful SNG are still in the game with cash to see them through. The real risk was a trial that conclusively proved SNG does not work. Thankfully this trial is likely to prove it worked on par with the P2 result just SOC improved too.

Linkop - If anything the Ukranian people have shown grit determination and a sense of pride, countries would be lucky to have them. For their sake I hope it does not come to that. But to suggest Ukrainian refugees would be a drain on economies is doing them an injustice.

SeaBoy - I’m no expert on this although as others have posted links to there are other companies attempting this.

I think the best we could hope for is an EUA alongside a continuation of a P3 trial. There is a mechanism in activ -2 for this I believe.

But this is all speculation on my part.

Nelliedean - I think they know that there is a period of time where they can be quite and review the data formulate plans etc.

But at some point they need to front up and offer direction after all that’s what they are paid to do, Direct.

If there is something obvious in the data I expect they would be onto it in a matter of days. If there is something subtle perhaps it takes longer than a week.

But a simple we have taken sometime to review the data and we are going to do XYZ over the next however long to move the asset forward is required and I’d hope they’d be in a position to do this next week, even if they are unlikely to have all the answers.

Owl11 - I'm not qualified to give financial advice so everything I post is my opinion. Also everyone's decision will be different due to entry price, capital at risk etc.

What a lot of people seem to be coming around to is what have we got to loose by waiting for the companies next move and i'd agree.

In my previous comment I stated I reduced slightly yesterday, I am not in the situation where I am trying to recover lost capital so that move was to ensure I have cash to spend if the share price was to drop due to external factors such as a Russian missile landing in a NATO region etc.

SNG2022 - Agreed and yes from reading a lot of the posts it seems a lot of people had a lot on the line here. They won't thank me for reminding them but a lot of them probably also had the ability to remove their original stake and remain on a free ride. Trek is one of the posters that often bangs on about it *protect your capital* and its so true. But the discipline to do so is hard especially after huge volatility in the stock market was lulling people into a false sense of security. Many people where heavily into a lot of shares that had done 100's% gains and probably felt pretty good about themselves reinforcing their decision to invest further life changing amounts.

Another phrase that bites in this current situation is the market stays solvent longer than you can. I fear for a lot who where forced sellers that 6months down the road the potential is there to recover a significant amount of the losses here.

I was on a free ride here but the drop still hurt as I was invested in the journey of the company, I reduced modestly yesterday after the second poly TR1 so that I have cash to take advantage of anything that happens ref Ukraine etc.

Eagerly awaiting an update from the company which I expect will come next week.

Manifesto - I also remember discussions at that time. I have a feeling that after the at home trial whereby they filled a patent for Inhaled IFN-b alongside inhaled steroids appeased many here. It's likely we took the wrong information from that move as others have suggested it could be a safety thing.

Lots pinning hopes on success coming out of the Activ - 2 setup.

Personally if we where approved in both hospital and out patient settings my bet would be the outpatient would be far more lucrative a business especially in the US.

A key point for me often overlooked is the safety profile we have. We've dosed a significant amount of patients now and the adverse reaction data is far superior to what's out there from what I can deduce.

We just need to prove that the virology aspect is there in real world situations.

Andybe4 - You speak of one possibility but in reality there are options.

Don’t forget we have cash for a year drug to supply trials and a position on activ-2 P3 that requires no funding from us just drug.

Time is against us and we are exposed to a takeover but the situation isn’t quite as bad as you are painting IMO.

I was just trying to point out/clarify that your info was your deductions based on some genuinely useful information from a verified source.

TLWilliams - On the topic of capital expenditure I've actually been impressed with the bang for buck RM has extracted from the fund raise.

If you read what they where aiming to achieve from the latest fundraise they have actually exceeded my expectations (ignoring the P3 result).

There has always been a careful line to tread and perhaps the failings of the P3 trial could be somewhat attributed to the compromise of trying to execute the trial quickly. It has always seemed with SNG that despite them receiving fast track status and priority access trials have taken an age to fill. Large pharma have an advantage over SNG in this respect they are simply well connected and have people embedded on the front line.

If SNG could fill a trial as quick as say Pfizer i'm in no doubt the trial size would have been 1000's rather than the 610. They took a risk on trial size based on the concern of filling the trial IMO. This is also why they had so many sites and countries. It still took an age to fill.

With respect to manufacturing I believe they have executed that piece to perfection they are in a situation where they can accelerate production if required we have drug on shelf enough to satisfy any trial requirements without having a warehouse full of product that will expire before we get approvals.

And we have cash in the bank to see us through into 2023.

They haven't got every decision right but considering the P3 outcome we are in a better situation than we could have been.

Imagine if we had spent all our cash and had no drug product.

Doc83 - before golf is a member of the closed telegram group, on said group and also on the guild there is a poster who is an ex market maker. This has been verified and he has provided consistently accurate information relating to the book here.

I hasten to add this is after the event information but is extremely helpful.

No offence to beforegolf but all he has done is noted down the volume of large trades that fit the polygon pattern and has put a guestimate out there as to their holding % based on the feedback from this source.

This has been going on for months and many Pi's have been able to estimate with great accuracy the level of Polar and Polygon based on this feedback from the source.

Expect further TR1's from polygon but don't expect the share price to rise dramatically whilst they are doing it, they are loading up but on their terms.

Also I doubt they will go above 29%.

BeContrarian - Some other positives to draw on are that our cash position is much better than feared and whilst our drug stock levels are not as large as some may have been wishing for previously, they are adequate to supply a large platform trial if needed.

There is likely to be more twist to the tale ahead.
