These large pharmaco’s are well connected, well positioned and experts at leveraging their positions to squeeze their drugs through the white tape.

We simply don’t have that clout we are being made to run the whole race no shortcuts and we are clearly up to that challenge. It will make the final hurdle all the more sweeter and rewarding for investors.

Pi’s are often their own undoing panic selling on lows and panic buying when momentum builds, emotional trading.

This drop today is likely all retail based not helped by the Ukraine situation.

Ndn - we are trading a range. We’ve been trading sideways for a long time now.

Firstly I don’t think the board at this time are concentrating on protecting the share price within the 20% range Pi’s on here expect.

Secondly if they where trying to protect the share price, announcing a firm delay would have a large negative impact on the share price more people would sell because the certainty of no news would be defined.

This ambiguous phase we are in filters out the patient from the inpatient. But overall the share price is higher for it.

xviolet - There is a difference between booking slots for manufacturing and putting inventory on shelves that will have a re-sale value if it all goes tits up. Compared to hiring a bunch of people and paying their salaries.

For starters those new employees will not be accepting jobs unless there is a degree of job security or oppourtunity for them. Some of the hires are leaving very influencial positions.

We are nearing the completion of one of the countries finest scientists life’s work.

We have a company who has never failed to deliver on their proposed activities.

Who have also enlisted the help of the best names in the business to conduct a global P3 trial.

Personally I find the armchair commentary here particularly insulting if you know better you go and run your own trials.

SNG in consultation with the FDA have decided a 90% power is what they are shooting for for the study.

They have crunched the numbers and this has yielded the trial size of 610patients.

Sit back and relax.

I’d rather a trial size of 610 than a trial double the size shooting for 95% which would have taken and age to fill.

What I find really interesting is that American Century have held a position at some point. Obviously there is some penetration of SNG in the American markets.

Which corroborates some of the chatter of a buyer other than polygon lurking about buying in odd channels

Polygon are laughing all the way to bank on this one how have they been allowed to accumulate 18% of the company in this fashion.

When the P3 trial results land I expect it will cover off both of those points. If it does not that is opportunity to request further info.

Skeletor - I agree with you on that the real value will be unlocked once orders are placed since these contracts are tangible.

This expecting a re-rate to fair value immediately after P3 May be disappointed.

I am expecting assuming a good P3 readout for RM to have a clear road map for the months ahead.

I will be looking closely at the RNS for:

- Definitive intention to apply for EUA or Approval and a timeline
- Evidence of pre-order negotiations with governments
- Manufacturing scale up plan and defined source of funding to achieve scale

MrCosts - Everyone here is speculating because they are excited and we are getting close to what could be life changing for all involved.

The official company line is trial results will be presented early 2022, it is still early 2022.

In comparison Tils promised holders tradable Accustem shares on a 1:1 basis its now 12months down the line and not only do U.K. holders of Tils now no longer have tradeable Tils shares on either LsE or Nasdaq they don’t have tradeable Accustem either.

I think SNG are doing just fine!

MrCosts - I find it really interesting that Pi’s think the communication here is poor.

Personally I believe the communication here is absolutely on point and the best communication by any biotech on Aim.

Please show me an example of a biotech with better comms, I can show you many examples of biotechs with terrible comms.

Once upon a time there where two small biotech companies both teaming with brilliant minds and persevering in their fields.

Along came covid and both biotech companies saw a glistening opportunity to raise funds off the back of the hysteria.

One biotech company used those funds wisely to complete several trials to much success, this earned them support for one of the largest fundraises on aim in 2021 and a place amongst the big boys conducting several P3 trials which are destined to lead to a transformative time for the company.

The other biotech promised a trial in covid which they failed to deliver on and got lost in the chaos of the pandemic, which has delayed many of their programs a sad tale.

Fair - That’s *******s you can have single day close periods where unexpected news arrives which you need to distribute to market and a hold on dealing is placed on members of staff.

As long as there is clear evidence that the pdqmr does not have insider information they are free to trade this will have been authorised by the nomad and legal secretary.

Massive - Why does it have to be 4weeks? Is there a specific rule somewhere.

I’m only speaking from personal experience where the place I work for has gone into periods of say 2weeks surrounding news releases that are significant.

Think it was 4weeks for full and half year reports.
