Josh - You are aligning to my thinking, my earlier comment about the US not necessarily being the home depends if you classify PM as a Swiss or American firm.

There are some interesting connections between PM and Polygon including common alumni.

jint - The obsession comment was aimed at the general populus of holders to be honest the amount of air time Activ2 is getting on this board I find at odds with the significance of the trial for SNG.

If people spent a bit more time looking into Sprinter, the manufacturing trials, the supply chain being put in place, the personal links of polygon employees you'd get a much more complete picture of whats going on.

Just FYI spend a bit of time digging into Polygons affairs and I think it will be pretty clear the eventual home of SNG.

WManufacturing pharmaceutical products has been very challenging due to COVID-19, with shortages in key ingredients, components, equipment and manufacturing slots. Despite these challenges, during 2021, Synairgen has undertaken the following activities:

· Process qualification commercial scale manufacturing batches of the drug substance (the raw ingredient IFN-beta) have been made with our partner Akron Biotechnology;

· Drug product in pre-filled glass syringes (the finished format, ready-to-use) has been made in partnership with Catalent at commercial supportive scale;

· Completed a drug product manufacturing commercial scale batch (currently under testing) using polyethylener blow-fill-seal container technology to mitigate against the global supply chain shortages of medical grade glass and the reduction of available syringe filling manufacturing slots caused by the number of vaccines and therapeutics in development for COVID-19;

· Long term stability studies ongoing for both drug substance and drug product to support regulatory submissions; and

· Built inventory of certain specific long-lead time items needed to administer the drug to patients."

The stability studies are to support regulatory approval.

If you invest what you truly can afford to loose you would not be in this situation.

Unfortunately and have been guilty of this in the past we invest beyond what we can comfortably afford to loose and are then forced into trades that are not favourable.

Agreed definitely accumulating on behalf of an interested party IMO or with the end game in mind.

They are not aggressive buyers they are just accumulating on the pull backs.

RM does not do hidden messages re-read all previous company correspondence and you will see how factually accurate and specific all his comments are.

When he is vague like saying H2 that means timelines are difficult to predict so completing before end of year is the goal.

When he says November he means with the run rate we have currently and the predictions of covid prevalence Nov is the most probable time for completion of enrolment.

He is a very poor poker player, the comments of intention to file for EUA with the FDA are not insignificant and is a departure from previous language.

I would expect Polygon are happy to hoover a bit at these prices.

Mumbo - No one company will take the whole market FACT, did teh vaccines not teach you that.

Also the Merck drug does not work for the whole market whereas SNG does.

The Merck drug is engineered to take advantage of the specifics of Covid SNG is designed to stimulate our own natural response to viruses.

If you don't understand the significance of this then i'm wasting my breath. You are unlikely to stock pile the Merck drug but you'd want to stockpile SNG.

Radium1 - Why would inconclusive definitely have a negative effect it depends why it was inconclusive, and what the result of inconclusive is.

What if it was inconclusive and went onto a P3 trial for more numbers to gain conclusivity.

Anyway active 2 is not the end goal here it is and always has been Global P3.

To be fair RM said H2, now closer to the end game he is suggesting trial enrollment completion in November. Hats of to RM trials are particularly difficult to predict timescales for he's been pretty accurate with his signposting.

Andybe4 - At the time of the fund raise you would have evaluated the size of the oppourtunity and deemed that the price paid had significant upside.

I guess what you have to do is evaluate at this point in time what has changed to effect the share price in a positive and negative way.

IMO

Positives
- Global P3 nearing completion <150 patients required, >100 trial sistes active
- Company has been on a strategic hiring spree strengthening the experience of the core team
- Dialougue with FDA is clearly good and Intent is there for EUA application
- IV studies show variant agnostic nature of drug no suprise there
- Covid is very much a virus that will be around for a very long time
- Covid + Flu likely to generate 100k+ deaths /year amongst vulnerable populationin UK alone for forseable future (market is large)
- Manufacturing plan is well advanced and production is primed ready to go
- Heavily invested ii's

Negatives
- Trial is filling at slow pace most likely due to well connected large pharma co hoovering up trial patients on mass
- Other drugs coming on stream which will dillute a little bit the market share but this is pharma and thats the norm. Very rare to have a single drug targetting a major issue.

People still forget we have a broad spectrum antiviral on our hands broader than just C19 and it's variants. SNG001 will be helping us with all of the current corona and rhino viruses around today plus the potential viral threats of the future.

I'm sure Mercks pill will do well I'm sure SNG001 will do better.

Patience needed all round.

Those selling at a loss think twice.

Those looking to buy think about your timing.

The message from the BOD is clear, request for EUA on Positive global P3 this is their focus.

If demand requires 100'000s of dose production capacity ready to be turned on.

Migs - Sure we do they alluded to the fact that more invitro study news is on it's way plus we will get final patient dosed RNS for P3 which with 100sites could happen at any point, most likely in November.

The share price is a gift that keeps giving. I'm more than happy to take shares out of inpatient investors hands.

FDA EUA comment is the one I’ve been waiting for. They clearly think they’ve got the data, the manufacturing and the market to pull the trigger.
