Which to me highlights that there is a global population injected with varying qualities of vaccines. To eradicate Covid Completely the globe must be vaccinated continuously with a high quality vaccine. This will not happen.

The risk in the UK is that whilst we have been quick to vaccinate, a significant % is the AZN vaccine which has it's limitations. It's no coincidence that the UK government has ordered boosters of Pfizer.

We may have a ticking time bomb on our hands.

Interesting news out of Singapore.

Doc - Firstly I didn’t take from today’s interview that Home is of SNG is off the table.

Quite the opposite in fact they have proven it’s perfectly possible for a patient to self administer the drug.

They have identified the population that is likely to benefit most from the drug.

This patient population if caught early enough would be on the cusp of admission to hospital, so it is perfectly possible to treat them at home or if already in hospital perfectly possible to send them home early to continue their course of treatment.

It’s literally everything you would want.

A targeted treatment that is likely to prevent death, the need for ICU, reduce hospital stay duration and can be self administered at home or in hospital.

The fact the treatment is likely to be targeted also justifies a premium cost.

A widely used prophylactic would have to be cheap as chips so whilst volume would be massive margins would be smaller.

SNG is hitting a sweet spot of bang for buck for both investors but importantly the health services too.

Matterhorn - I suspect failure to fill the 200 U.K. patients might be the reason for the uncertainty. Globally I’m sure we can chase the virus a bit. But we may be forced to wait for numbers in the U.K. to increase.

Doc - Thats more of a failure of the large government run platform trials to be honest.

They have sucked up huge patient numbers testing bottom of the barrel therapeutics which clearly would never be the answer.

Waste of tax payers money and have prevented some really novel treatments from filling trials quickly.

I sympathise with RM in this respect.

Mr Big - If the power of the HT was geared to provide a significant result then it would have proved that SNG is indeed a useful drug to administer early on.

Simply the trial was too small for the hospitalisation rates of the general population.

This is not a problem unique to SNG this will effect all trials targeting early intervention. You simply need more numbers to show an effect because the majority of people will recover anyway.

If you look at all the drugs that have been progressed through it is off the back of trials with larger numbers. The interesting point to be made is that if SNG can replicate the data in larger numbers it will be hands down the best treatment to date. Nothing has come close to what they have achieved.

He will just bang on about how it has been won before so is not novel.

The affirmer tech is certainly an exciting prospect and it's great that AVCT will be monetising it shortly.

Has anyone sat down and looked at some numbers and tried to fathom the % of todays mcap which is attributed to future sales of LFT's?

Clearly some of the MCAP is anticipation of future orders I'd like to gauge what volume of orders people think will be required to maintain the positive trajectory of the share price.

This will be the LFT of choice I'm sure.

I guess opinions will vary depending on wether you where a holder pre covid or if you got sucked in on the way up.

Personally I’m sitting on the sidelines for now so I have no skin in the game.

But I see a board that maximised the opportunity of Covid to raise funds to future proof their pipeline for the next 2years.

They did this at far less dilution than would have occurred had this been normal trading situations.

If you got sucked in due to Accustem and covid hype unlucky but at least you will end up with a bunch of Accustem shares that may see you right in the future.

Bright future ahead for Tils but you have to be patient biotech is a slow game.

Aether - I think this may be one of the patentable findings SNG have up their sleeve.

Buy Low Sell High. In theory it's such a simple concept yet so many get it so wrong.

What's harder identifying the high or the low? Personally I think it's much easier to spot when a share's value is low.

If you buy low do you really care if you miss the ultimate high probably not.

Now to focus on Tils the pipeline is good the share price is supressed you are certainly not loading up at a high buying at todays prices.

Fruits - As I mentioned earlier ref the Chris Butler email.

Without knowing the question that was asked it’s hard to fully decipher the answer.

On face value I believe his comment is referencing the help SNG have provided to the Principal trial by forwarding on patients that did not meet HT criteria and then once HT had filled they have directed enquiries to Principal.

Ergo Principal is not trialling SNG and his comments therefore are one of a scientific peer excited about the data that has been presented by SNG.

Schrow - having not asked the question it’s hard to completely understand the answer.

However I would have thought for the drug to be actively administered on the principal trial there would need to be an update to the clinical trials register or some form of announcement via the principal trial website.

The website is pretty up to date and no mention of SNG.

Whereas we do know SNG actively sent patients to the Principal trial if they didn’t meet the HT criteria and continued to do so once HT had filled.

So on face value I take the comments to refer to this.

It’s nice he was complementary about the drug though.

Nobby - Unfortunately I think those comments relate to SNG sending patients in the direction of the Principal trial once the HT ended.

I’d love to be proven wrong.

Scinv - That was one of the major reasons Akron was brought on board. RM explicitly explained they would scale up Akron to provide drug product for the later stages of the Activ trial.

Sounds like a well organised plan coming together.

SNG’s safety record is fantastic.

Scinv - But RM recently stated that we are building inventory as we speak at the same time as completing manufacturing verification and sign off.

So sounds like limited supply is a problem of the past.

Scinv - I’m not going to get into a pointless fit for tat conversation with you.

If you can’t see the billion $ potential here then that’s your loss.

Mr Big - That may be so but equally the opposing view conveniently misses out the 15years SNG spent to get to this stage.

A well funded competition would at least have 2-3years of catchup.
