Bigdano the 300 million facility is guaranteed to get them through winter which is good and as you say they might not even need it.

I take from that that the offers do not take in to account that the business is in turmoil with debt at that the director are plensently suprised by the offers with something to build on... No wonder Lufthansa bailed, likely its offer was crap. IMO.

Further info... A deal is definately being worked IMO...

"We started out with a strategic review, as you remember, when we announced our first quarter result back in early February. At that point in time, we were not in discussions about an additional financing facility. But, based on the forecasting that we developed on the business at that point in time, we felt that it would be better to secure an additional financing for the coming winter season to make sure that we have the headroom that we like to operate with and therefore we were able to secure another GBP 300 million of financing if it is needed in the winter months.

It's not anything we need to draw on at this point in time because the business and the cash flow is -- the business is generating cash flow. Two orders just went through on L2 at 12.6p one for 100k shares and another for 150k shares... they are both buys not sells.

Siborg, I think you will find they are still among us, they will just have different names and a completly different view now they are in.

13.5p taken out, 14.5p looking very strong and could suprise us all pushing through that.

Even with profit takers around the 13p mark, the share price is holding very strong, once they are clear and investors see its not dropping, new investors will join and push this up, nearly four days of trading up to results next Thursday. 10% each day would see us over 19p

Ther0xbury potential of all that you have mentioned plus the fact we were down nearly 30% which has likely allowed the shorts to close, they are now on our side pushing this up in to news Q3 next Thursday.

Thomas Cook, the travel agency, has announced it will be opening a brand-new resort in Ras Al Khaimah this November, through its "smartline" chain of hotels, and by the sounds of things, this place will be amazing.

It will have 253 chalets, three different swimming pools, four bars, a coffee shop, a buffet restaurant, and a spa and sauna with Jacuzzis. Crowning it all off is the 700-metre-long private beach running along the RAK coastline.

The smartline Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort will be Thomas Cook’s second long-haul high-end holiday destination, following the launch of the smartline Eriyadu resort in the Maldives. It also represents an extension of Thomas Cook’s partnership with the RAK Tourism Development Authority, which is aiming to raise the profile of the emirate as a leading leisure destination for European tourists.

To be fair to the MM's they will make it in the interim so that you can not buy back in for a cheaper price than what you sold at on the way up. Even with the price sway they will keep it within tolerances of around a 3rd of a penny as with the spread there will be little room for any day trading. If you sell youll be locked out unless you want to pay more for the share than what you sold out at. Good luck all holders, personly i'd like to see the share price in the 20s.
