Is likely as they are laughing their tots off watching the shorters work to Fosuns advantage, driving the price down so far that perhaps 1p will be accepted. Why if not to drive the price down did they report on the debt for equity price? They were happy to say shareholders will be diluted, we are getting 750m, but why not at “what price”. Simples... the more they drive this down the better for Fosun and the worse it is for existing shareholders. ... Wunkers...

Tradelong, read my earlier posts, I sold at a loss this morning, barely own enough shares to be bothered with so stop being silly saying I am heavily invested, I’m not even suggesting on my opinion that this is a buy. I’m simply stating as a fact that the 300m facility is still availbe regardless of the sale of the airlines, if you or anyone else doesn’t like that then press the ignore button.

Zccqx, it shows you don’t follow TCG with your post, TCG are moving towards selling space at their own hotels with low margins, you get that option on the net regardless.

Getinthere, I’m not heavily invested, in fact I clearly stated early that I sold out. I bought back in at 4:28pm today with pocket money compared with what I had invested sonam in cash with very little agenda. I say little as my agenda is the facts. It states in the transcripts that the facilty of 300 million is available regaless of the sale - that’s all I’m saying, I’m only stating the facts. To be fair to you it’s fine to say it’s been superseded by the present deal but please don’t say the facility is not availbe - it is... and they are not going tilts up in October. Please don’t feel sorry for me, no one on this board has lead me to buy or sell shares, the BOD however should feel disgusted by the way they have acted recently advising of a D4E without any further info leaving shareholders at the mercy of shorters.

Read the press conference transcripts! The question was specifically asked “Is the 300 million facility dependant on the sale of the airlines or would the facility still be available regardless of the sale of the airlines?”. Answer > the faculty of 300 million would still be available to TCG.

You can tell me their lieing, I might actually go for that based on today but don’t tell me that it’s not in the conference transcripts as I’ve read them word for word .... twice.

Getinthere don’t make a fool of your self, I’m trying to be polite here. Regardless of the Fosun deal, the bank facility is still available to TCG. The more you start spouting it’s not and they are bankrupt in October the more I question your integrity.

Pokerchips as per the recent transcript posted on here, this bit is not correct “Its availability is principally dependent on progress in executing the strategic review of the Group Airline“. It is clearly stated in the transcript that the 300 million debt facility would still be made available to TCG even if the airlines were not sold. This is why I am disappointed in the deaision today. Clearly we had several options with or without the airlines.

DC why have you said this? “Conclusions
Unless D4E happens before October, TCG will be in admin at best, bust (liquidated) at worst”. They have the 300 million faculty available so why would they go bust?

Gatw13boy, that’s what passes me off the most, the tracript from TCG advises that the offers made did not take in to account TCGs distressed position so I’m shocked by the share price. We need clarity from TCG and this should have been forthcoming in today’s RNS.

Seen a 3 million share sale in one transaction earlier around 6/7p, that must have hurt. Terrible day for shareholders.

BOD really should be ashamed for not advising on the actaul figures of the deal to be dealt. Cant believe I read in that transcript that they were "pleased with the bids which were something to build upon".

GETINTHERE, I understand that shre holders will be massively diluted, but is that share holder that bought in at £2, £1, 20p 10p, 7p? There has to be a line where we find out how many new shares are being added to the existing ones for the sum of 750M
