Totally screwed... and even worse now reading in the sky article that it is likely neither the tour operator or the airline will be listed..

To the transcripts where TCG were talking to the analysts, there is a line sticking in my head, I sure I’ve read, need to check. If I’m right... I should have sold Thursday when I read it.

Alamo55, I think that’s a bit unfair... and I certainly have not asked for anyone’s sympathy. I think your being a bit aggressive with your posts stating that positive posters posts are nothing short of criminal?
I for one posted mainly information that I was reading from RNSs and TCG transcripts. I think you should pause and reflect before your next post.

Saj, i year what your saying but every time I’ve seen a debt for equity deal it some how seems to get pushed through, Flybe, Yellow Pages, Debs and each time the share holders DO get ficked over. My only thought is that the share price might at some stage be lower than the share price offered through the D4E deal with Fosun which may then give us a buying opportunity. At the moment I’m out, I bought a bit on Friday around 5p but sold as it’s continously dipping in to the 4p range, I’ve seen it before when the mms whack it down to take out the stop losses and I don’t fancy that today after getting my bottom kicked Friday.

Kabba whilst I would love 20p, the BOD that have shafted us said "single figures". These could of course be refused but we are still dropping at the moment. We need clarity from the BOD about the deal.

If your trying to sell or buy then try to sell in smaller increments, like £400 or £500 a time, whilst I hope the share price holds I would hate to think that someone was trapped and wanting to sell so I will offer this advice as it preceeds my hope for the share price to hold. Like wise if you wish to buy.

What percentage of TCG shareholders need to refuse the deal to stop it going through? Fosun could be forced to up the offer, surely shareholders aren’t just going say “aaaa go on then that’ll do”.

Single figures stated on the video, not 1p though, TCG should advise what the deal is. Major shareholder could well refuse the deal. Terrible to be in this state, share price droped 60% on Friday. I wonder when the next bounce will be?

Just like yellow pages, unless shareholders say no, shares could be worth 5p or less.

Members... it’s easy to answer that, many were saying on the way up at 8p - sell, 12p sell, 15p sell and it still went to 20p.
RNS “were going to look after shareholders”
Transcript “pleasing to see offers which don’t reflect the negative situation of the company”.
No less than 7 company’s making an offer.
Banks, investors and suppliers all in support.

But who are you? Yes it’s going down but genuinely who are you? You got it right ultimately when it came back down but you have no credibility to make me buy or sell unfortunately. What’s important to remember is that we were duped by the BOD and that all it is.

Reminds me of Yellow Pages changing to HIBU for no reason at all just to fduck over investors.
