One thing I do not understand from the listing document.

If seems like from end of 2023 to 2024. They paid out a massive amount of receivables to people prior to IPO.

Kinda of looked like asset stripping then selling?.

They had a very strong balance sheet and stripped it prior to listing.

Loved the concept but did not like this.

We seem to be so near, but worrying about a couple of million pounds to keep developing holds us back. The lack of foresight is remarkable by governments

If you think you want to support us with grant. Give us a staged grant. 2m gbp now for step 1 commercialisation and more in stage 2.

The distraction tiny funding requirements makes is stupid. They should just act.

The company is making great strides in each area but it really could do with connecting the dots.

How the SPAC helps the recycling. Is the intention of SPAC to develop the mine, or do we want to sell to an operator e.g sell our shares.

I also think we need more detail on recycling as a business. Discuss more on the sourcing of stock, competition if any.

The answer might be ( which I suspect) everything is being considered. Much of the strategy is going to be driven by external events. SPAC, cotec progress, government money

It is a question worth submitting, more the better.

I asked Something like "what methods can be used extract funds from the SPAC process to help fund the recycling business."

Having a listed asset is great but really we want hard cold cash.

Not sure why we bother with this, calling people sheep etc.

Why not just focus on the facts objectively and not waste energy

I have only known the CEO for 1 year, but he is always trying to make sure risks are flagged, answers my questions so I do not have misunderstandings.

It is not really the behaviour of most CEOs. Many just want to pump the stock and don't give a ****.

Once I asked about gold drilling results, he spent 40 mins explaining conceptually about what alteration is, why geology is presented next to intercept( gold is deposited by chemical reaction, if you understand rock type you can map potential you find gold within similar rocks). If public mining software was accurate, the importance of "specky" gold vs lumpy and why lumpy sounds good but is hard to JORC model...

Not the sort of person looking for a fast one!

Good question rider. The nature and reputation of our CEO are very important.

If the CEO was some, never done anything type and this was his one shot at going big. Yup I would be more worried.

Met quite a few in mining space I would not trust to guard a lolly pop without locking it.

private equity can always sniff about and try and bribe management with huge percentages etc.

Do you know of a good way to filter the new like sharepad. Something wlse that can scan titles and the body of RNS with keywords? I agree it is not the best, not sold on it.

BTW I watched the cotec conference. Nothing new apart from

1. The company referenced they are within lowest quarter of all producers. No more elaboration on this, they have a cost curve but told me they cannot share it due to licensing etc ( from an email)

2. They think they are lowest cost/greenest recycler.

3. They think they are only short loop recycler. I found one with French origin but could not find out much ( maybe went nowhere)

4. Most importantly, this was a CFO and he spoke better than every CEO. They came off as a class management team and made the others seem like amateurs. This was probably the biggest takeaway, that you can see even a CFO who could be very credible ( often they are not the best presenters).

Not sure it is always that advanced. I am an ex controller watching over investment banks trading desks.

I do feel many retail guys are using old school methods in small cap space. I need to improved this/ think more widely about my approach

Each can be significant. I was bored last night and read last year only 2 primary companies had ok earnings due to prices. There is hope China will keep quota increases for production in 2025 reasonable ( 2023 was 20%+, 2024 circa 5pct)

My idea might be nuts buy why not.

A real time watch list of movers with an AI one paragraph summary. I would pay for that.

Also a relevant dedicated news scan around key words for each stock/competitors.

I am new to looking at things in real time. I tend to find a smallcap idea that needs lots of research and go into it. What the market does each day is not so important but I realise I am missing lots of info and opportunities

I am trying sharescope. They say it is highly recommended but not in love with it.

The ability to scan the RNS for key words is useful, but I find it clunky.

There has to be a system out there using AI in real time to scan RNS, work out if positive and tracking volume and price change.

These systems still want to you read it see if it is significant, then track.

Going to keep looking.

If anyone is getting annoyed the current announcement did not play out perfectly, buying in advance always has that possibility

I also found big bite to be clear and honest.

He writes things that make sense and I think let's say some more optimistic people on X attach to his chains. Nothing to do with him, think he needs a break here

I do wonder if I am getting over excited on this one. The chance to have nearly a free shot on the recycling business just seems nuts.

Hopefully we get time for lots of questions on the call rather than spending half the time recapping what we know and explaining the business case
