They are not the first to recycle but they split the magnet into all 4 component minerals, we make a composite powder.

So maybe in this way they are the first for specifically what they do.

It would be great to hear updated answers. I suspect the esg component is so big now that is a key driver for purchasers.

It is true the uk listed competitors are valued much higher. There is no better place to get a good price than the usa currently. They face potentially the biggest backlash/uncertainty from china.

I personally am not investing time to see what the mine is worth. Nasdaq listing clearly says it has to be minimum flat value of 100m usd.

Even if it sells down 50pct we will have an asset worth more than the market cap.

I keep believing the value is not in the cash we get. The value is we can multiply it by expanding recycling to do high npv project like cotec. 50m usd plus debt gives us similar project to them.

If we get the SPAC done no matter what happens it is fine. Asset is valued at 0 today

Pretty sure the SPAC is just for our project. Making it open ended just makes it hard to close. You put in money and do not know what you buy. When SPACs for hot, very big investors did this open ended way, give me cash and I buy with my discretion. Cannot see that happening here.

I have decided to pivot strategy. Litigation plays are low maintaince, so a minority of my money is now looking for these fast moving opportunities.

Final one the balanced negatives ( after such a pro post)

1. Cash is low here. We are hopeful on SPAC but that could take few months. Ionic were talking about getting info on uk grants early this year. We had links to the same organisations.

2. The SPAC is not guaranteed. However we did get a fast update from appointing the advisors. Also if we hit the minimum 100m usd listing requirement we would likely retate.

3. So far we have no specific details on supply agreements and offtakes. Iconic in uk are far more open and express excitement in interviews on these issues. So do our usa partners. Maybe it is just our boards style.

4. My personal view. Cotec engagement is great, high energy, insightful and flag waving. Mkango are terrible. We have had key information on usa study, CMA meeting and SPAC and not one public interview. My biggest annoyance

If you can be the lowest/very low cost producer of a commodity you are in a great place. Ignore China dominance, it is just strategically good in every industry.

Having the chance to realise money from the SPAC of the mine gives the chance to remove dilution risks to fund expansion

On SPAC completion ( min market value of 100usd) should propel mka price higher. If there are any issues on execution, you have a good buffer to sell before the share price falls to today's level.
