If you look at the other spac transactions they can still take 6m to complete . Initial revenue will not be huge from uk in ramp up and we need to keep the development on track.

The company is not the best on updating on cash requirements, and the wildcard here is government assistant which is out of our hands.

We all hope the news on SPAC will provide some stability

Boop beauty had a good strong on follows on Facebook but now seems to be flat around 3.3 to 3.4k.

The offering from discount dragon seems to be very erratic. People may initially love searching for items but when it gets so erratic people have search fatigue.

Mkango maybe reserved but cotec are not. If they get any grant or tie up with a major name they are going to sing it from the mountain tops.

If the lawyers are working like nuts maybe we will get at least that definative agreement soon

IMHO with a confidential process this will just be a slow accretion to fair value.

If we had an open process we could read arguments being made and this could generate excitement about the strength of the case.

For me this is now a snooze stock, and I like it more and more. There is enough madness elsewhere that it is nice this stock is not jumping around

I get it is their style, but I would not kid myself They prepared well at all. It is a business update without any slides on what changed.

By definition this is not a business update. They only spoke about new items when investors had to push them with questions.

On those making technical analysis to trade the share. Well done, you called it right and I did not do this.

I have no issues with people investing in a different way. I celebrate everybody's gains, good for them.

Probably telling others how wrong they have called it is not the best, but really well done!

As someone looking at the long term story the price action is just an annoyance.

A strong presentation would have most people saying never mind there is so much good stuff who cares.

The issue is the company did not make any new slides. Did not talk about dfs, how transformational the SPAC can be, sell the near term production and how it can accelerate discussions.

They just turned up and read the last presentation and took random unfocused questions.

If handled correctly I think nobody would be frustrated.

Placings are required we get it, so just man up and say we did it for this reason, we understand it annoys people but we are close to transformational events.

Management can modify their style and engage better and that is all that is needed. It is in their hands.

I do not think the issue is with the placing and insiders. They need to articulate the business.

Maybe they should read the post from myles and understand how to convey a catalyst.

You just need to say the price reaction seems strange. COTEC said it. They did two 40min updates post DFS, explaining why the market does not get their DFS, that they see an operation 3x as big in 5 yrs, have discussions with apple, ebay etc. They even said they see oftake as the easy bit. Why can't mkango even say what they say publicly, - this is what myles is doing

COTEC would say it is baffling that updating the market about a potential spin out that still value is not assigned. They would say they they highlighted transactions and their project is good for good reason on the RNS.

They need to have a long look about how they explain things. The style of saying we are working on it and just revealing the answer at the end is not good for stock promotion.

They need to control the narrative with slides, it was a bit lazy.

Why not have slide saying spending 2.3m for key equipment and driving SPAC. Just deal with it head on

Because there was no SPAC slide the subject came up via questions on minimums. A good communicator would say, well that is not too relevant in our opinion. Look at the rns for comparable. Why would you answer that question and leave it hanging.

This was a very science based we ask the questions given. That is not the point of the call, you answer questions framed in your narrative.

There are questions on partnerships, no mention that cotec publicly stated twice discussions with apple, ebay. Even tesla!

The placing is not huge but the messaging needs improving

If you raise money it is the first thing on the call, say what it is for

When you talk about the spac just say our project is comparable per RNS. Don't be lazy and not put a slide and then start talking about minimums. This is not summarising the story correctly.

All down to communication

If you tell me this gets us to a milestone like SPAC I am delighted. If it is a wishy washy 30min recap then less so.

The company is being very stupid in only communicating with investors after each raise

Wsj says no tarrifs on day 1. Yet more uncertainty as to what is happening.

Focus now on the call.

I view this as a trump trade but people are selling on the day he takes office and might sign 100 executive orders.

Personally waiting for a couple of weeks to see what he does.

If he slaps a tarriff on imports for REE, any non China production will be super interesting.

There is no way to guess what he will do, so a little surprised with today's trading.

You don't exercise a warrant with potentially big news coming from an asset sale at maybe 3x the market cap.

You would only do it to buy the stock and sell it. Why take 30pct over potentially 200pct.
