Given they are in the USA it does seem SPAC is progressing. Probably they are just taking the ultra conservative approach of no comment until it Is more firm.

Is the minimum even relevant, they finally came to life at the end of the presentation saying how good it was.

How they managed not to make slides on a free carry worth 100 to 200m usd, and an SPAC worth with a minimum which is more than the market cap is beyond me.

I sent negative presentation feedback, I hope others do as well.

Cotec are openly talking about chatting to apple, ebay. Wanting an operation 3x bigger in 5 years and we do not even mention their public comments

I would also say I personally d o not focus on the claim do much which will be 1 bn usd.

I ask myself what a Conservative lawyer might give. Even taking 2m oz of the 8m oz. Use an average m and a of 100usd a oz, which does not reflect our grade, ease or project. You get 200m oz.

If you want to see how good the deposit is, high grade at surface you an look in oldest presentation on website and I have other things.

My take is a win will be substantial

That presentation shows how few gold deposits there are over 7m oz, especially ones that are open pit, with gold at surface. I also think we are 2.2g per ton. Some mines these days work 1g

1. Uncitral rules. In a conference with polish investors it was explained why this is better.

But they are both international mechanisms

3. Unlike zeneth there is some 3rd party validation. Pat do not pay the legal costs, a specialist litigation company lcm pay them. They get a cut on wins and staked 15m usd of capital.

Their track record is to have a good judgement in 90pct of cases. They already won 2 mining BIT claims ( greenx and indiana under uncitral rules).

I cannot comment on zeneth but this firm of lawyers spent 6m internal due diligence and 6m external due diligence with legal experts before agreeing to fund. They only accept 3pct of cases they review.

4. The ceo said the claim will be 1bn usd+, actual number to come soon. The return can be large because this is a tier1 gold deposit effectively 8m oz at 2.2g per ton. Good location, no environmental or settlement issues. Vsa have data. I think average rates are 100m usd per 1m oz, but good deposits like this go for more. De grey which was also good quality I think went for 2 to 3bn usd ( and that is pre developement)6

5. I would not put much value on the other assets.

6. The spike was due to speculation we might get the license. We challenged them in court about not getting the license and their courts protected us. There was speculation we get the license back.

An interesting fact, when the court protected us they actually made an agreement to give us the license and presented it In court.

They said if we stop legal action we get the license, they renaged but it is all documented.

If you look below the cost of a hub is 95.

If has 6 for spokes which might become future hubs. Studies are 10m ( cheaper next time) and contingency.

Definitely potential for a second operation to come in cheaper of they execute well.
