Boys If you follow the link in rns you can see the legal teams. So far I found 3 lawyers from a company that has 13m usd revenue

This is our guy. Managed a department at freshfields. Given a starting partner can pull in 1m gbp a year, maybe this guy makes more than their lawfirm a year!

I think Minister is the top elected guy. Secretary is the top beauraucrat who actually does the work for the ministry ( chat gpt..)

I think it also depends on the stake you hold.

You can flog it all now, but once the placing is done it might rally hard as the negative is cleared. If it spikes back up can you replace the holding.

BTW, I exited a while ago. But remember you only take a few million off last nav which is higher.

They have liquidity. So if you are feeling distressed I would say look at thier last balance sheet and note someone extended thier debt with lower rate and better terms.

No investment advice. But I am not giving the be careful line. Make your own mind up and look at the balance sheet.

No need to talk it down. The losses hardly impact the last nav amount if you take a sensible view

They are marked to market.

So you may invest 10 at cost, if you think you are winning, Mark up to 15 in last report. When win move to 18.

With an enhances market cap, and hopefully a profitable business model we will be able to go far.

The moment we are viewed as a growth stock we will get a really nice multiple. Uk can start to give us that soon.

I athink selling out a share would have to be part of the spac ipo proces, and there might be lock ins.

Anyway time to sit back now, we have some funding and something will happen in the next couple of months.

The company has been working on fumes for the past few years, admirable.

The real moment will come if/when the uk shows commercial production.

Is this team able to make the business?. implement, negotiate and scale. Being a good business person is a unique skill set.

I think cotec has a super commercial focus. Part of me likes mkango because we have a shot on 2 management teams. If either of uk/eu or usa is good we win.

We are diversified in our management as well.

I think we could sell a minority stake

If I was in the MSP meeting I would ask the government's investment arm to take 20pct.

They then know if will proceed. They release cash to us, which helps us meet our other objective on recycling.

Crucially, countries will think twice about messing with a company where say usa gov agency holds 20pct.

If you want a holistic solution over all assets this is it
