The chair says how he likes cases to be fast. He does not like excessive documentation and even would like to have 1 submission by claimant and 1 response by India. He thinks there is a lot of inefficiency.

5. They also argue how to estimate future gold prices. This was a pain here as they needed prices for 50 yrs. They noted that there is standard practice to estimate prices up to 4 yrs ( in futures and forward markets) and to extrapolate to 10.

Basically I think estimating the prices in dcf seems acceptable to them due to the length of project

Worries a out supply shocks just increase the need for domestic supply and our approach is to establish domestic supply
