This IMHO comes down to methodology. If you assume 0.5m oz produced a year ( standard for big deposits) look at past prices. Just think how much would we make exploiting even the 1.7m oz we discovered at various royalty rates.

Sometimes these operations can be marginal economically. I think we have a mine with 2x the operating grade of the industry, in an industry with a record commodity price.

Honestly I cannot see our claim being just 1bn if we use a royalty argument. Even taking a 30pct royalty that is 0.5bn used per 1m oz and we have 7.

I still think 1.5bn+ claim is possible
