A project like bhukia might have costs of 1000usd an oz and last year we averaged 2450 ish. Huge implied value

The soc is already guided at over 1bn.

1.8usd for 6moz at 1.5g using 1800 usd gold.

All depends on rules of tribunal. Can we reference current gold price, will they put on discount if it is earlier stage drilling.

Who knows. At current prices the dfs would have been 3.5bn usd

Best proxy i found for valaution is dfs from de grey. Similar size, lower grade.

Funny enough not easy to find many 8moz (equiv) 2g per ton open pit comparables :)

Honestly not worth worrying about if value is 1/2/3 bn. It does not change the buy decision, only the sell decision.

Nelson all of it will be open pit. We did relatively shallow drilling in most areas, I think we only drilled a few deeper holes (300m ish) in one or 2 areas. Need to check

I think it will be super economic. 2g per ton is I think 180usd per ton of gold. In the kalaka estimate note they said 30usd for mining and processing.

Even greatland golds mine is 50usd. That is underground mining. They drive few hundred meters to get to start of deposit. Orebody is spread over a 1.2km vertically, and you need to build ramps, expose the ore etc. We are just scooping and slapping in a dump truck

Just remember this 0.5g per ton. Revenue might be say 50usd a ton vs costs at 30usd?.

This is why I say don't look at inground values.

The grade really gives you alot of downside protection and also profit expansion.

This stock seems to want more than rumours
