I always take brokers notes with pinchof sale. But anyone pre selling the stock for raise needs to rebuy

The only issue here is we need the company to comment on operational things not macro.

Is the scrap available in right mix and quantity. Where is status of sales.

Seriously if we can be a low cost producer the business will survive. Even if you can see potential to make 5m usd a year it will underwrite our market cap.

My focus is on the business side. Not worrying about trump etc. Potentially the tarrif of China magnets is 27.5 to 37.5pct next jan. What more would you want.

We can even maybe ship over our scrap and then make magnets within usa to sell domestically.

1. Do they have right to extract gas now and that has a very good NPV.

2. Does part of this NPV depend upon the storage business

Because if this is just a 2 stage plan. Worst case extract the gas which we are allowed to do, and then an option to build storage if allowed is this just being overcomplicated

Reality is we need to do half now. Maybe we then get the other half off when the share price doubles.

Reality is you would only save 25pct dilution and still have that overhang story. Maybe it is simply less of a distraction for the company to do it now and suck it up, rather than wasting energy on managing placings etc

I also sold down around 30pct earlier this year to enter new positions. I posted a bit about new stocks I liked.

The placing possibility was out there so I took the chance to make 20pct gains elsewhere.

I also like the stock alot, as I am sure is evident.

Personal view is selling today i nto an oversubscribed placing makes little sense. If the stock was maybe oversubscribed there are 3m gbp notional of buyers out there.

7 to 8p will make little difference.

The logic of doing it all now is probably that flippers cannot play the equity raise game. Without it they will just sell down when the balance sheet gets tight and destroy any momentum in share price

This stock is not really I think for trading anyway. It is a slow burn

Let me be clear. I am quite annoyed that it was not split in 2.

Nothing will change my short term plan, but if things seem illogical it will impact my long term plan
