Tom had a big position so he follows it in detail. He then posted his thoughts ( as I do on mka).

What is the harm on this. I don't remember Tom saying its going to the moon or making his own price targets like some others.

The negative analysis makes no sense to Me

A trade balances the successful outcome vs the negative outcome. If you only focus on the loss case, sure you will never buy anything.

How about we consider what happens if we get a good result. We'll clearly we will blast through 5.5 where we were. Maybe 6p+. If we get negative result we probably won't go straight to 0, maybe 1p.

So what are we looking at +4p on good news and minus 1p on bad.

I think good news rockets us past 6p.

A new industry in usa and Europe is being commissioned. The sector has gov support, growing demand, a supporting customer base? barriers to entry and we hope good ( forecast) margins.

The whole point of the solution is green hydrogen might be BS ( from water) due to high cost, that is why we are making turquoise hydrogen from methane ( nat gas). This has no co2 emissions and has same cost as polluting hydrogen.

Dude sounds confused. The whole business plan is to deliver the net zero scam at parity with polluting hydrogen, with their byproducts which are valuable as kickers

The idea here is to produce hydrogen at same cost as the polluting grey hydrogen. Get graphite as a free kicker.

Then you get the nitrogen for free which you then use to make clean ammonium.

It's not like guys trying to crack h20.

If JT from cotec is getting excited about 2nd and 3rd plants then they are thinking 3000T, at that size it is sounding quite strategic for the usa. Its around 10pct of demand. Gov must be interested

There seem to be no bad outcomes for cotec. Grants ( super), offtake financing ( good). If you need 3rd pty capital and you are noting potential of 6 to 10. Premoney probably has to be 400m usd+, min npv of 1 plant and bit more.

So your 65m market cap company is flagging they have investors at 400m usd+.. 6x the market cap, with other assets for free, and they are noting 130 to 150m expected on 1 iron ore project.

Selling a small stake might even be better for them!
