Even if we are not linked to the apple/mp deal i think the deal is positive. Corporations are taking it seriously and pulling the trigger.

Of course we hope we will be involved, but being sensible we still only need 1k Ton of magnet output to do really well.

Uk planning Mon 700T. EU is much bigger market than UK, so good news coming there.

If uk can plan 700T clearly the usa which is 10x bigger can do 1000T.

If you produce at 20 and sell at min 55 per cotec study it is good business not matter the sector.

Even if they have to raise the pre valuation might be 200m+. Well that implies you just valued one of their businesses at 3x+ market cap.

Their other assets could have an npv of another 250m.

It's illiquid

The company is continously releasing improvements and has access to research from uob. Patents will keep coming and protection will roll.

Also think of all the optimisations that are happening and how we keep expanding our magnet range.

People won't be able to just copy our process

Give cotec a facility of up to 150m usd and basically you get 10pct of usa demand.

One f35 fighter can cost 80 to 100m usd!.

Some food for thought. 40 to 50m usd grant for cotec is 70 to 90pct of their market cap. They also have lots of other assets.
