The company has had a very positive experience. They also know usa investors will pay through the teeth for a good rare earth story, why would you stay on a uk listing for half the value.

The stock is about proving the process and writing a good ipo prospectus. 3 plants under construction, all seeing potential to increase over time and new countries planned.

The yanks will eat it up.

Honestly this is just an ipo story.

We show uk works in 3 to 6m. All other plants are essentially replicas.

Then the value we get will simply be based on a nasdaq ipo prospectus and forecast prices and expansion plans.

We Don't need to knock it out the park. Just show it works make a good business case and we are laughing
