the capex for something like this will be in 100's M. even if you say 300M gbp, people will want a 20pct return so 60m Profit per year.

these are long term assets, so for 25yr+. would you pay 30M for the chance to do the project. That is 6m of profit for a 25Y project. The current valuation implies paying 3m of profit for the opportunity. Common sense tells you they can sell this higher

Just extracting gas from Marram had a 100m gbp npv. We still need to get that approved as part of non section 35 ( but seems likely now).

All the other things. Graphite, hydrogen, ammonia, LDES. That is gravy onto.

If epp get the gas extraction from nsta you have a very economic standard gas extraction project. With huge infrastructure play on top for free
