Having been in these for a while and followed many. They key thing is just a long term mindset.

I only looked back at my holding once the juridstiction issue was settled. I see no negative catalyst now for the court case and maybe upside on mining assets

So I purchased more and now intend to ignore it for 1yr again

Let me clarify the Indians wanted a structure as follows.

1. Rule on juridstiction. Basically does the panel have authority to even have a hearing.

2. Once juristiction is cleared up to then listen to details of the case and rule.

The panel told them to get lost on point 1. They said they will have one trial and decide yes or no.

Before this judgement we could have lost at stage 1 and stage 2. That was not great

No such thing as bad publicity, especially if it is free.

No such thing as flying under the radar where it matters. There are only a handful of rare earth companies, its not like the Chinese do not know who to monitor, there are not retail investors

Honestly I don't even consider early settlement it is a bonus.

The last rns was huge. We were facing a chance of defeat twice. Once when they rule on juridstiction, then on merit of the case.

But now we have a perfect situation. Win or loose is decided at one time.

Nothing bad can happen up to the trial. Then we will be 6m from the award. By the time of the trial we will be so close to a big number we will rerate.

The only thing I consider is the gold price. If it stays higher for longer I add as it helps the claim

It's so clear. When the board stops discussing fundamentals and all we get are posts about gaps it's just trading.

Personally not selling. If cotec come out and announce a huge grant to support 3 hubs this will fly and it won't come back

Honestly I would not bet on an early settlement.

It does not happen as frequently as people think even when it is makes alot of sense.

My view is while gold stocks are on a tear upwards. Nobody realises that this stock is also exposed to gold prices.

You actually get to see gold prices rise and be locked into our value but our share price is not moving.

That is the clever play here

Mark has confirmed our claim will be reprised at the end of the process to reflect current prices. There will also be accrued interest.

It is worth considering that the process from our statement of claim is likely 3yrs+. A 3 yr treasury is 3.5pct. It is not stupid to assume we use an interest rate of 7pct.

A) we should expect at least 20pct growth in claim from ai.

B) our claim was made when gold had just broken 3000 on May. Most likely we used a gold price that is sub 3000, as there was not confidence If it is a spike.

If gold prices stay high as projected you can imagine that we might be able to use a gold price in mid 3000s.

So there is a good gain to come from exposure to gold prices if they remain high.

3) even If gold prices do retreat a little. Remember our claim will be assuming a mining operation that hypothetically exists. Every day that goes by our calculation locks in production at these high levels.

A) some companies are considering staged mining operations. These guys look at 15m usd capex project. Start early, quick payback. Don't be too big now for governments to care.

One key thing.

Lit are not the decision maker for settlement. Panthera are in control.

If you are buying thus.

1. Read about the importance of gas license. We think it will be awarded by nsta, opening up the npv in first online presentation

2. The key thing is historically they said they had funding at a premium. There is a Sunday roast podcast tom and maybe we get some colour.

3. I would also read on hazer. Asx listed. We use their tech

One thing I would say. Tom. Don't trust the fella. Say anything for a quid.

However also covered by oak bloke substack. He is not paid to write, is detailed and a good guy.

Simple valuation concepts always win the day. By the time the jv's recover their costs our mkt cap is covered.
