All govs will want early detection system airports. Probably also stock of them for care homes and schools. Private companies. Cruise ships, planes...any business crushed during covid

I would have been worried at the pre covid price
But we are on a huge discount and they also use buy backs to support the price

I Took the chance to buy Ramsdens. Same industry, tipped in Investors chronicle and yet to re rate!!

The investment case is the same so i am not too worried. They will still need to market the fund so it can take time.

Even without a 2nd fund you are getting 25pct of existing 3rd party fund and that underpins current price easily

I suppose my view is that even if we get 30m of orders to a company of this market cap that is great. Also we seem to be linked to UK and US government programmes so that has to be positive

temperature readings won't do much. i know there are some saying 20 mins is too long to wait for a reading on a larger area
but don't existing fast tests take 20 mins anyway and are invasive? given this, what alternative is there to test on mass, with a in a continuous fashion that is unmanned

If one airline uses it and others do not, they will pump the press for PR, saying they are the only airline going the extra mile for their customers safety.

With the second fund size at at around 300m usd, we could be looking at 25pct profit share on 300m gbp of third party funds, Or equivalently of 100 pct on 75m gbp. Given an irr >70pct the potential is huge. It could be 50m gbp a year!.

No wonder simon T, from investors chronicle sees 120 target.

Guarantee the moment the next fund is announced he will retip ( he did this to kromek twice in a few months and it jumped 20pct plus in few hours).

If people worry about longer tern returns don't.
Current margins are fat and even having one successful investment of 3rd party funds would multibag us.

If returns do normalize on few years it will be a bigger industry and we will have made loads of capital from managing others cash!!!

This stock traded in mid 20s without this product, so hard to say it is not massively undervalued.
The market is full of hot money ( look at tesla and bitcoin). Any whiff of a covid detector working and it will fly ( small cap with low volume)

Worst case investors chronicle (st) will re recommend in future and it will spike, they will do this even if normal business is resumed so hard to see much downside

Aeroplanes
Cruise ships
Every school
Pubs who can know to shut down an evening if positive result
Offices

Even if it is not perfect for current outbreak, i cannot imagine any airport in future not wanting this functionality. If uk are spending 300m+ on radiation detection ( very unlikely) you can imagine the spend against airborne threats. If there is a system and the uk gov did not install something could you imagine the backlash. You would pay for it to cover your back.

If the system works you could imagine radiation detectors being added on!
