I was in at 60s as well. This has a long way to run, once we fully invest the first fund we can expect circa 300m in cash in 3 to 4 years :), and then this will be valued at a multiple of cash

Best thing our exposure is to the law, can you think of a fairer market !. No need to worry about sales targets, competition, margin compression.

If our roic is 2.4 we could loose 70pct of cases
And still break even. With investing via 3rd party funds our roic goes much higher than 2.4

And when you stand back. If you sent 100 cases to a top lawyer and said choose 5 to back, is it not easy to think he could choose cases you would likely win.

If we hit to 40mt exploration target overall it will not be a big issue to be suboptimal on a small qty

Given we sell a product has non transparent pricing ( not on an exchange) and also the composition of what we sell is not defined ( large flake/jumbo flake). Why is it irrelevant?.

We have a basket price quoted in npv and it is good to know how Conservative it is, especially because we are pre production and cannot track via earnings.

It is like saying you sell something but you are not interested exactly in what you sell or what price you get?

I do hope they do some basic things like include the basket of graphite and provide price graphs for each element.

On the conference call LIT indicated they have sourced the required investments to take the first fund over 75pct at which point the second fund can be established.

So it seems alot of work in the background is complete. We are just waiting for

1. The committee for first fund to approve the sourced investments
2. Close the second fund, they indicate there is alot of interest and this is not an issue

Invest 3.4m gbp ( equivalent) get over 13m gbp back.
Roic> 4, vs historic value of 2

Put this 13m to work in 3rd party fund, and we could have 30m+ in 2-3 years!. The profitability of these investments is off the chart

I am going with long run iron ore at 100, and still a great Npv when using 9.5m of ore. ( factoring in some results from ongoing drilling).

A company tells you things are on track and financing is lined up but 1q delayed.

The mine takes 2 years to get to production

Many people see iron ore on a spike. It you simplify the tio2 story we have 3 commodities and it makes it massively easier for people to load up.

It is not a suggestion of optimal approach, but more to allow people to see a basic base value for non metallic ore.

People can easily understand X tons * $y.

They can then put a simple base value on metallic and non metallic ore, and see a free call option

We have ilmenite. Price of itmenite is 300 usd+
How much ilmenite do we have and do you think we could just sell it without additional processing?

This makes for a simple story without need for understanding capex, complex processes etc

Why would you go all in for full processing now?
I would try my luck with iron ore price being where it is, sell forward and lock in some equity gains. You could massively reduce equity component required and improve your bargaining position

I was thinking more of evaluating the known deposit for the new plant at CE. Was it 300m by 500m
