Simply that if an extension is made that we get some statement on state of negotiations. An extension is ok if it is qualified.

Some will not believe any statement he makes, but then again if you do not believe them you should not invest.

Personally if a ceo does respond out of respect will not post it on a board, respect goes both ways.

Can i ask when you asked and when he responded. I would hate to be a thorn in the side of a busy ceo.

Why do people think there will be no deal?
It does not seem logical.

ARC asked for a big deal, AA offered something less, ARC countered.We know this already.

If AA say no to the counter and ARC think rejecting an AA deal is very bad, they will settle for the initial deal, or AA will offer slight improvement for sake of nobody loosing faith.

Given nobody knows the initial offer, ARC cannot end up looking stupid by backtracking, we will never know what actually happened.

You can bet your dollars that AA did not table an initial offer that is below the current share price because it is insulting, it would be pointless.

If AA put a very bad offer, ARC would not have bothered to bring in Rothschilds. Some may say the initial offer was crap, so rothschilds come in to find other options, however they are also bound by the EA, so they could not speak to others so could do no work. Again it makes no sense

Rothschilds will also not come in for a 'no win no fee deal' if the initial deal was s%%t , as they would see no way to broker agreement as the sides are too far away.

The initial deal will be more than todays price.
It may not be the mega deal we want (12p plus).
But it will probably be north of 7p and that is fine for most shareholders

Still 2x multiple on cash ( book value in 3 to 4 years) gives 700m+gbp valuation. And with new fund closing could be alot more

Could happen, they have good landbank and asset management. But sadly they cannot seem to profitably build houses.

My worry is there has been massive rallies in commodities. Check out lumber, copper, iron ore.
If these guys have terrible contracts this could just be cost inflation.

Every housebuilder is having a boom and these guys for 2 qtr have unexpected costs.

Being new I struggled with this yesterday but I held my position. I learned alot on this board, but my feeling is the company needs to spell out tio2. Even just state value of it without processing. This turns this into a 3 commodity play and derisks commodity pricing.

Also i found the 3m payback being quoted hard to reconcile which i did not like. I hope they take note

I am a big holder here. But the forward iron ore price is not 210usd. You need to look a bit lower.

Nobody would buy iron ore in 2020 at 210

Why worry about future raises.
We might need more capital to expand later but by this time we will have retained earnings and will be able to take debt.

Not sure i see much dilution risk as all here.

We put this in arrival area. By time they get to front door we know who is exposed and can isolate them.
