Well that was the value the market put on the company and now we have losses.

This is selling restructuring now, that is a different story than before. Governments driving green buses, an opportunity but also a capital cost.

I cannot see a clear 30pct upside from where we are now and you can in a lot of stocks. There probably is 30pct upside with time, but other stocks have this without a long wait timeframe

We now have eps losses and they are real, check the notes. So take cash items off NAV ( ignore intangibles), we took losses on closing out contracts etc.

Restructuring costs money. Laying off people, new systems. You can point to savings but their are costs and execution issues.

Green buses etc. Yup such up capital but can win from.competitors. mixed.

Biggest thing, we are not back to normal. In best scenario for uk and usa June, but that is 6m more of this. Spain is very much going slower than UK.

Not sure how this is a compelling buy.

Looking back to pre pandemic and after accounting for fund raise (dilution) this was worth 400 ish. When you factor in the loss of circa 50p not much upside, why not sell!!!

1. 60%+ of cases funded 100pct with own capital will be 27m old in next 12m. This is average time for realisation
2. 40gbp of own funds invested in total, so assume 24m gbp of cases will realise in next 12m. At historic rates we would have 50m+gbp from realisations

Basically in 12m, our market cap could be cash value of our own investments.

More importantly with so much cash we can easily advance 3rd party funds which are noted as being at an advanced stage. This is the game changer, being given hugh profit share on investing 100 millions of other people's cash :)

This seems like the best answer yet.

If it was a full takeover they would not care about number of options/shares they just pay x, the value of asset.

A joint venture would want agreement regarding future dilution from arcm side.

Something is happening because the board would not voluntarily cancel options, there has to be an offer in place. Even if Anglo would walk they would keep options because we have 3 other parties who are interested.

You know if you spread bet there is no capital gains tax!!!

you might want to speak to IG index, maybe they can take your shares and convert it to a spread bet. economically pretty much the same apart from small funding cost about 2 pct a year, but you will not pay CGT
