Given the time passed and lack of willingness to provide updates points to discussions under NDA.

The push to move out WA assets indicates to me it was not ultimately succesful, as we would keep assets if we had cash coming.

So i expect a positive WA spin out, explanation we need to go to arbitration with explanation for delay. This is perfectly fine with me.

If a deal is active then i am happier.

My guess is they started with some form of consultation, mid way through it the minister of mines changes due to election. The company is then stuck because they need the new guy to respond.

They could be waiting for anything, some positive response to an agreement or just being stonewalled.

The company just needs to disclose there is some form of contact and the nature of it. Early stage/ proposals.

My feeling is we are not doing it because we don't want a share spike on rumours, however, that needs to be balanced with formally letting shareholders know the status.

On the presentation it took a back step due to the other priorities. Until we get more clarity on B via RNS it is probably not that useful

I think the raise might last us 1yr maybr 18m.

Longer we delay, longer the time until we need to announce our claim. Closer you get to narrowing cash runway.
