1. NOA then claim size 6m+ after. We were a little disapointed as claim size might move share price

2. The wait to issue NOA was NOT linked to waiting for auction.

So we still do not know what we are waiting for, as auction complete but no NOA yet

My take is the lawyers are driving what is communicated and when.

The only hope on settlement is that MB said ( via prof) that they were not waiting for NOA. If we go a week more them maybe something is happening

I think most people here are on a 3yr timeframe, not sure about past posters.

We all hope for an early settlement but there is no way to judge if that is likely

Equatorial resources also break out claim and AI. I think the implied interest rate was circa 10%.

The most interesting thing is the type of compensation, one version that accounts for profits you would have made if you were not blocked would be much higher than price of listed miner

If you have high margin commods like oil/gas yup

You get out of ground very cheap and good selling price. That is why they get slapped with high extra tax rates.

Gold is not like that, costs of an oz are 1200 on average. Check the world gold council.

Ok i am off as promised. Costs have increased since 2021 and you can see the global costs of making an oz of gold. Not much margin there at 800 an oz.

It's just good to understand the significance of the result in general terms. Building a mine on 35pct of gold price just seems uneconomic, that is a 800 usd revenue per oz. Something strange is going on with the result and only people within india can have a view

1. Do we think result will stand

2. Can we use it as valuation point.in claim

3. Does it matter who won? Or was the real benefit here that the deposit has been sold and taken

The most interesting conclusion will be, is the winner even relevant or is rhe value in the completion of the auction.

Back to serious comments :). MB in my opinion is not really interested in speculation and he is not a booster, i think if there was something he would only discuss if it was semi firm. Just an observation from my chats with him. Anyway time will tell
