When i discussed deposit initially, due to the continuity of the gold a high amount was recoverable. I think our initial resource was using 500 usd an oz ( but i cannot remember)

Gov auctioned the permit. Winner pays 65pct of value of gold contained (over 16 bn usd of gold) as royalty.

Claim will be large i think!. And we know lcm win over 93 pct of cases.

By the time they drill, do dfs, it could easily be years from now. At that point our litigation is very advanced.

Once these guys slap down 120m usd in deposits something will proceed :)

My feeling is the % is very high. The gov has had a windfall, maybe they could agree to reduce royalty, giving winner more profit and then winner pays us off

Most people will not bother to open it " bhukia update", you then need to put together the conclusion

MB cannot do anything as language is not in his control.

It feels like the lawyers really drive alot of the communication. Anyway it does confirm the amounts. Big upfront payments and fact they think resource is much bigger
