You probably need better data access to see which broker it went through. You can then check this vs their prior trades and look at their bid/ask.

Without level 2 data not sure how you can really see it

I suppose what i am really saying.

If it is a buy then someone is keen.

If it is a sell, i doubt a broker could have offloaded it at higher prices yet, so they are building inventory.

In conclusion, i am sticking with my view that the real value will come in dec on annkuncement with a bonus from spin out. Until then this is just a bit low noise

If it is a sell the broker probably took alot of stock, there is not much volume offloaded over this price. So maybe a buy.

TBH i just ignore this, nobody has more info than us and some will buy and some will sell, we just stick with our own view

On the cash up front. I have asked MB before what exploration assets are worth upfront without JORC and the answer is not a huge amount.

Maybe we put in cascades as well, but DFR seem to have stalled.

From these observations i hope for nice cash up front but do not bank on it. Anyway it is a bonus no matter what happens.

I still believe we will not see alot of cash upfront from spin out. It does not seem to work that way, for JORC resources that are significant yes. Most likely a commitment to earn in so they can walk away if results are bad on exploration.

Best scenario would be putting all WA into a new listed company so we have a direct value or share in it.

The spin out really just is a bonus. I am even ok if we just let them lapse and stop spending money on exploration. This is worst case

Something is happening i think as the timeline seems to be stretched.

I think it is not at the stage for selling yet, but it might be interesting for exploration

JV= spin out ( to correct post)

I assume spin out will be similar to past deals, retaining a share in return for them progressing exploration

The real question is JV waiting for the kalaka met tests. If not, good results on bido might trigger the spin out.

It would be nice to know if we are getting the "bonus", after that nothing much to worry about

I still think the message on success is simply to get to a court hearing. At this point people are seeing a mispriced bet with near term ( 1 yr decision)

The hurdle to argue we can get to a court case is far lower than winning, and once we are there we have multibagged and can easily offload.

When i explained this to people i say winning is irrelevant to make money, you can go for the final verdict but really why. I will leave some on the table, and will sell most to those late to the party to take the decision risk, i will have already made my money

F me. I never actually read RNS about the written agreement with GOR in jan 2008( link at end)

So the GOR made an agreement with PAT in 2008. Sent a dude around to map the area. PAT then presented the letter in court which stated GOR agreed to give them next license, and dropped their litigation in line with agreement

They even met ministers who gave them reassurances

How the F%&& do you argue they do not have a claim when you send a dude around with a measuring stick and made written evidence that you will grant it.

This has to get to court under arbitration and when it does people will be looking at a situation of winning 1bn usd!
