Being objective you could give some idea to investors. Not unreasonable, so less bullish sadly

Seriously if we keep raising 1.5m periodically to do studies on mining etc the recycling is diluted to nothing.

I think most projects however get funded when they are ITM not OTM. There are plenty of projects with good IRR at current spot prices in their markets.

The strategic element here is interesting but hard to value. Anyway a call for 0 is always good

The only thing I find hard is that as a new investor I cannot find all this relevant Information in the presentation. This is a massive oversight as it is the first place new guys look and if u want to raise money ( which they often do).

If you have to raise cash frequently at least allow investors to see the financial scenarios clearly. Otherwise you just dilute everyone at low prices needlessly!

But I think the company also needs to communicate this much better. They can get this info really fast and if they are updating presentations they should put in this for us!

So is it operating costs of circa 30usd a kg, vs the estimate below that our revenue is 24usd a kg.

I think the company could update the npv based on current prices easily. Even if you hold all other variables constant. This is an npv model, you change some inputs in some cells and it pops out in 1 min.

Having a look now but only based on the recycling. But I also hope the company lays down some variables.

The lack of detail makes it seem like a story stock which it probably is not.

No country risk, scalable and lower investment - easy for governments to approve as it is a perpetual Investments for them.

Hopefully this gets explained on tonights call. In general their presentations lack these types of forecasts and banging around an out of date NPV fo songwe is not useful

This is just revenue. Npv looks at revenue and costs.

The sensitivity analysis showed npv dropping significantly on a fall of 20pct of basket price. The data given to us said the main component is 60% lower than in the study.

I think REE prices could rally, with investments costs could come down but they are a little unknown.

The revenue analysis is just one side of the coin and is why use NPV. Am I being stupid? Might be

Unless management can explain more it just looks uneconomic. Maybe studies can bring down the costs but we do not have funds for that.

Maybe a government might give us capital to mine to make it economic.

Bonkers. The npv only makes sense if we can judge where the current basket price is vs when the study is done? We need to know how the current basket price is but I see no data from company

Basket price is based on some price forecasts but they do not say what the forecasts are by REE which I would have thought is a minimum Ievel of information

I am also interested in recycling not the mine. Just some people say the dfr is good. I am not great on mining but the price forecasts used seemed much higher than spot. Hoping a knowledgeable poster can help

Dfr only have labola. We have circa 80%+ In others.

If you wonder what we do with kalaka then dfr's old plans are interesting because that is what new guy might follow

If the EU/US hands out some big grants then you can see some stop to the bleed. If the EU/US back the mine you can get value.

Great tech but we need someone to stomp up some cash. Some days I wish they sell the mining project to chinese and bad some money and just recycle. The EU/US can match the offer or not.
