I never get the Impression we are in for alot of cash upfront, just more of the DFR type deals, which is fine as long as our stake is OK and they actually spend the cash ( unlike DFR who seem cash strapped)

I think we are nowhere near 3moz currently. These are just exploration tagets.

My reading is kalaka is good because 0.8g is actually economic these days ( you can find mines with circa 1200 usd AISC). In the diagram we show some high grade zones around 60m at 1.1. That is probably profitable enough to derisk taking on the work and finding more, but we still need to find it.

Laboratory is the annoying one, if the start spending we could hit a decent amount but they are cash constrained. Maybe the spin out helps resolve this.

They mentioned dfr cobtribution requirement was based on them producing a study including JORC resource. So not cheap.

The biggest cost of building the mine is the dilution the explorer experiences via dilution in early days. MB said this.

If we structure a deal that retains a stake and allows us to increase it later at some fixed price then that is where big returns could happen.

We could have the power to reinvest our money without buying a whole new project and we would have a good negotiation point as the other parties would need to dilute themselves to finance it

The explorer/ junior space could be argued to be very undervalued but this should ground expectations.

The real value is to have cash, if u have that you can pick up a project. Hopefully pat.l will do that in the future

Pre jorc is not that high. Any valuation over 5m I am happy. It is just a bonus after all.

How about a 14m gbp company that is litigating vs indian gov for circa 1bn usd ( 50x current market cap). The legal costs are paid for by a company who wins 93pct of cases.

There is only one type of compensation calculation where it could potentialy apply for bhukia. I am not a lawyer, but some internet searches show the chorzow case is sometimes referenced.

No hassle worrying about operational stuff or management. Just a 14m gbp company with chance to get a 1billion usd.

Spin out is a bit of a mystery. Do we need to complete drilling results and met work then sign deal. Or do they take the risk before we have results and we take lower value?

From indiana resources i think it is at least prime so 8.5 pct. So even if 400m gbp award it will grow by 35m or 33 pct of market cap a year.
