Any views on what could be improved in the vsa interview podcasts. I might reach out.

Some ideas

1. Show past lcm cases with graphs. Showing people the reaction from start of process to trial visually will let people see gains and show them this is not a 3yr wait and hook thier attention.

2. I think they could also move the discussion about probability of success. From being pr of winning, but to pr of getting to a court hearing.

By the time we have court case we multibag and also the pr of just having the case is far higher.

My idea is to move the initial perception that gains are digital and a long way away.

Simply show a slide with price graphs and then discuss..it does all the work for you

Plan for the worst hope for the best.

Another question I ask is what pct of cases never make it to a court case due to issues with our argument.

This I think is the strongest risk we face. If we make it to a court case..one day we will be 1 year away from making 1 billion usd claim. At that point we will need to have re rated

I do not care if we win or loose, just that we get our day in court

Mining is just a free option.

If spin out reduces dilution we already won.

If we hit something brilliant.

BTW I am posting some questions on the lcm investor meet presentation.

I have been cheeky and asked why lcm did not participate in the equity raise.

We would get better terms by restructuring our existing agreement to give cash and not issuing more shares.

The next time to really look at this is spin out or most likely statement of claim. Both I think are couple of months away

For context. Zak mir is a guy who has a channel commenting on stocks.

His focus is to be paid to get the message out there to the public so I guess he is not the guy for this

This is the type of info ( specifically from cotec) that I needed that did not come through yesterday.

Someone also mentioned the 25% tariff in usa which also changes the dynamics.

I was expecting more of this last night rather than demo's of tech which does not help me make a financial decision.

Give people a break and also look at the gurus track records. Points are valid. Even some other ex fund managers on x said his ramping was out of order
