AMC had/has multiples of the shorts Cine had/has so wherever listed I don't personally see it happening in reality or theoretically the same as different situations.
May well have had a noticeable ripple effect onto Cine (still nothing like AMC and Game but more than them listed on FTSE).

While I have made my position clear on Cineworld being highly unlikely (impossible even) to exactly copy what we have witnessed with GME don't let me stop anyone making it happen ;-)
GME 2000% in last couple weeks gives us £15 + for Cineworld.
OR if you look at their one year rise it's 12000% so £92+ a share for Cineworld.
Anyone that facilitates that happening here I am .ore than happy to treat whole board to nice slap up meal or maybe even more ;-)

For those on the rocket ship wanting GME repeat I ask which of you will pay £5, £10 or more for cine in next few days weeks? That's what needs to happen to replicate GME.
VERY EASY to say "I'm in at or around current levels, not so easy to buy into the pyramid scheme further up ;-)"
In hindsight I could be said to have made poor decision selling half at 70.9p as we hit 88p next day. I could equally have bought more at 88p and be sitting at 74/75p now.
I have more than once made clear I was for me over invested in reality and while potential future gains would have been great. Losses could have been devastating.

While enthusiasm is admired and any upward movement that can be sustained is welcome, sorry but Cineworld and GME (even AMC) are completely different beasts.
GME had something like 150% shorts did they not? AMC multiples of Cine also.
While there may well come a time when shorts are squeezed from Cineworld we won't be seeing a carbon copy of those two.

I can see how that would explain what we have witnessed.
However I have seen both MS and GS RNS on holdings up and down within same whole numbers. Maybe different as part of theirs is non direct holdings!?

I actually think if he was still here SG would have had the barefaced cheek to be creaming himself saying down day and celebrating the fall from 88p to 75p forgetting that still leaves him 150% loss on his 30p short.

The above guys (in the main) are clearly not selling or trading their shares.
So any dips or losses in share price movements of last 6 - 10 months are all us small Investors.

buying and selling in trenches for Jangho!?

Hey board friends wonder if any more experienced in such matters can clear this for me.
So latest RNS regards Jangho we have shows them increase from 12.17% to 13.33% (additional 1.16% or c.15.934m shares).
This is noted as occuring 25/1, yet on that day TOTAL shares traded is recorded as 16.693m.
That for me would make it impossible that Jangho actually bought all 15.9m that one day.
So can these big boys be using brokers that collect over days/weeks whom dont need to record their stake as they themselves are not crossing holding thresholds?
They fill in this example 15.9m shares over period of days purchases then "transfer ownership" to Jangho at one agreed day!?
It is one element I currently do not understand.
Any more knowledgeable insight greatly appreciated.
