As far as I read LTIP "they" require the share price to be at particular level for period of 3 months unless change of ownership. Price still requires to reach level so nowhere in that do I see uncertainty for investors.

As much as I am keen to get back to cinema (and other activities) here, for me it is almost all about the USA regards this share.
So to see them steaming ahead and already having a 2m vaccines day is fantastic news :-)

Close today, close this week second highest closing price we have seen since the spike back in June :-)
Only day that has been higher is the "false/GME" high we saw last week which had two high volume trade days and likely when Jangho benefited from selling roughly the last purchase they had got jist week or so before for mid 60's likely selling some in mid 80's.

I bought a portion of what I had sold back (after fees cost about 1% more than it had I think).
Had a stop order for some more in, but didn't quite get to that price.
Have diversified a little again and got some cash (instead of being overdrawn lol) I can use if I feel opportunity arises again here or elsewhere.

Was wondering similar myself.
Today's levels of rise has generally only been seen on days of significant news outside of things such as continued vaccine roll out.
e.g. first news of vaccine, LTIP correction in price, funding.
Be interested to see if something comes out later today, coming days.
Also interested to see if rise holds or continues with no significant pull back.

Apollo No opening date announcement for a bit yet.

Feb 22 UK we get possibly our first indication when Boris is due to outline his rough road map out of lockdown.

I wouldnt put it out the question they may already have part of what they sold already bought back at 10 - 15% discount.

Agree Sammy. In hindsight I sold half stake a day too early (wasn't fully aware of the GME thing and potential brief knock on).
Often individuals attach emotion to these things and that's why we miss out.
Jangho and other businesses are there purely to make money and give their shareholders/owners value returns on investment.
They have so far very successfully done just that with both their buy and sell timings.

They are still here following their plan of value investing.
Will buy (and sell) on opportunities.
SP had falsely peaked for a couple days so they smartly took advantage of that.

I do agree that it's reassuring to see Jangho (and other major holders) not selling through any peaks we have had.
Obviously would have been easier/more beneficial for Jangho to sell on peaks than the other large holders that have been here a year plus holding.

I am not in any way saying Jangho would or should delay until after opening building their stake.
IF they intend to then certainly now is the time for that.
However they may struggle to get to 30% and they (imho) certainly have little to no chance placing an offer below £2 and getting enough support for it as a takeover.
That's my point that over 50% is held by none PI's/Jangho
(Mooky trust 20%, other pre-covid institutional holders c.40% +).
We have been over the Jangho bid ground several times before and realise you and I and others have a range of views unlikely to change each others.
Will happily be proved wrong in next few weeks/couple months, but just don't see how it can work.

I am with you (at least not at an offer price anyone is likely to offer or be in a position to offer anytime soon).

Ollie regards a "sweet spot" and the SP fall for 12 month High comes March is an irrelevance as I (and others have stated before).
Mooky family Trust 20% plus major institutional investors excl Jangho about another 40% I think from memory is all pre covid so looking at £2 + no matter any takeover potential bid.
"IF" a bid is ever to come, for me it is far more likely after we re-open and indeed after a period of time where we still suffer some post covid.
Once the business and movie industry shows far more clearly what the future is then I would see as more likely any moves in cinema chain takeovers/mergers/collaborations.

Like life on wider scale plenty decent folk here, and we may not agree all the time but healthy debate can be good.
Off course we have some nutters either end of scale too.
Regards SP for all let's forget the outliers of odd days, so for example couple days hype last week that ballooned us into 80's.
Follow the chart for approx 3 months now c. 11 Nov to now and we can all see SP has been on a pretty steady continued climb that will serve all holders better than random day spikes based on little to nothing with foundations.

I always applaud and admire anyone that is honest with their view and willing to stand up for their view.
Like you, I find the excessive ramping types every bit as annoying and dangerous as the derampers.
Shall keep an open mind until clearly proven otherwise by each poster.
