They had RNS not even a week ago latpulldown.

Looks reasonably encouraging today. A gradual uptrend in today's price chart.
Also, even by the levels we often see which are small we are even lower today.
Guess volume can be argued positive and negative.
Few selling at current levels, but equally few looking to buy.

It's what we were informed off 2weeks ago.
Will be delighted if they get the maximum levels of LTIP award :-)

No "big sell".

End the week anything above 70p I consider fine.
We have only been above 70p for about 2 weeks!?
Mind how long I'm comparison we were in 60's.
Been little of note in last month 6 weeks to change things.
Known vaccine plan all this time and so far it's roughly going as planned.
The road out of lockdown and a confirmed schedule of movies for whenever those first months back open are.
Volumes again been low for about 2 weeks now so price movement largely played.

There has without doubt been some nonsense posted on this board over the months (might I say both over pessimistic AND over optimistic).
That has, I feel at times had many of us overreact to sometimes reasonable/genuine points.
Bottom line we have all taken our own position in cine and for holders we just need it to be back open trading and fighting to build back to start reducing debts.

We are delighted to have completed this transaction with EPR, a business we already worked closely with prior to the transaction as a significant landlord of properties in the Regal estate.”

Add to what I think is clear from above that as Regal was bought for $3.5bn
Sale of 35 sites raised over $500m
How many do you think of the other over 500 sites would previously been owned by Regal?
The sums clearly suggest it must have been few.

From what I already posted.
In the linked article earlier it also states deal done with company they already work with re: leasing properties.

You seem to be assuming all cinemas were wholly owned by Regal prior to Cineworld takeover!?
Don't wish to go round in circles, as I said I am happy with my understanding of position and feel link and pasted piece from company report supports that position.
If you have found supportive information to confirm otherwise then happy to read through what you have found to the contrary.
As I said to all earlier a quick Google and then a follow through read of few pieces should allow each to make own decisions.

For example, from one company report.

Did you read even the whole of the linked article Moola?
I think this alone gives pretty good guide to Cineworld's position on Cinema ownership v lease.
I am happy with position they have taken and what I understand to be the position.

In fairness having read this article, a couple others and some company reports I think it is reasonable to suggest that the larger part of Cineworld's cinemas are leased as is quoted as their "policy"

Other thing I would say is that while we have been closed with uncertain future without doubt SP has been more UK centric moved.
However with an open business (even if this is US before UK) then I think the SP will begin to move more inline with where its actual business is most.

I would agree that from all we have seen and heard so far restrictions are most likely to be staged.
Pretty sure we will initially re-open with social distancing measures still and probably still masks.
How long this takes to change I think is too early for anyone to say yet.
However I don't see this as an immediate problem, as other than the mega blockbusters then cinema screens are pretty much never full or near capacity anyway.
For a period cinemas can work with limited capacity by allocating more screens as and when the big movies come out.
Mooky was previously ok with this, we need to be open with a confirmed list of decent to excellent movies.
The rest will over time slot into place, but we do really want Boris to allow opening from say mid- late April.
Well that's how I currently see it.
Next week may give us a small insight to following week also as that's the data Boris and government are going to be working from to make 22nd announcement.

10 Aug on AML board asks Cine or more AML stays with more AML.
3 Sept. Been in Cine months (well don't that make 10 Aug weird). Doubles holding (either by 14k shares or to 14k shares at c. 61p.
15 Sept has 80k shares age 47p now apparently.
23 Sept doubles holding. So 160k shares!?
3 Oct has 26k at 56p
5 Oct buys "shed loads" at 18, 20 and 21p.
20 Oct going to add further £20k shares.
