Ultimately, though we have differences most of is want a higher future Cineworld share price (and not insignificantly a country and world moved on from the last year's covid horrors).

That's my point that seems to have been missed wizzard.
This phase : 15 February to end April is 75 days (or 11 weeks of taken to 2nd May).
As you rightly point out circa 500k second jabs to date.
Therefore c. 14.5m second vaccine for first 4 cohorts required in this period.
Plus c. 17m cohorts 5 - 9.
Then the first week or so of this group would ideally also be starting second vaccines if we dont want to stress the next again phase.
So minimum of c. 32m over 75/77days.
Approx 425k/day which is in the ballpark of current best rolling 7 day average.
Hence the UK government target and my reason for saying not by end March.

Current/best 7 day rolling average I see as just shy of 450,000.
Without doubt and as proven we have capacity to do more.
However, as I think almost all of us have been told several times and know it is supply the main limiting factor.
Few months from now this should be much less of an issue with improved supply from current vaccines and addition of further vaccines going through approval now or late stage testing.

I thought it reasonable to work from governments own figures which seem to differ from what you quote.
All I can find by Google search is the end April/start May, but shall await your links with direct government info to the contrary.
The target was ALWAYS for mod February (14th reported 15th) which I think we are all happy they have met and surpassed (not by a great margin, but have surpassed). Measured in percentage terms either days/weeks early OR numbers vaccinated by the given date.
Both ahead, but JUST.
Again regards next phase 5 - 9 cohorts it has been widely reported that we must consider the effect of speed of roll out which although capat may allow for further rank up we will have some of initial 4 cohorts require their second jab in this same period hence government target date of end April/start May and not end March (which supplies allowing would otherwise be possible).

Can you please link reference to plan having cohorts vaccinated by end March please (if that's the case then brilliant.)
My understanding and all I have heard Boris etal say is "by May" and when asked if that meant start of end then he stated by start of May.
Similar from Scottish briefings.

Regards US they appear to be smashing Bidens 100 in 100 commitment, and even the updated aim of 150 in 100.
Rolling average over 1.6m per day with number of 2m + days already.

The below link seems good source for following covid cases, deaths and now more importantly vaccine progress.
In relation to Cineworld it's particularly good to note USA have had number of over 2m per day vaccinations.
Last 7 day average over 1.6m/day with over 50m already vaccinated.

The two weeks HAVE passed since you predicted ENTIRELY possible 100 - 200%.

Thanks I appreciate your reasoned post.
All about finding our own balance.
Personally I think it is good to be open to other viewpoints while equally fairly challenge those we may not agree with in a reasoned manner.
If nothing is ever challenged then, YES some positive results can occur. However some negatives can also occur.
For example while some early Reddit crowd may have made from the GME frenzy, a great many that got mislead will have lost almost everything they put in at the $200, $300, $400+ levels.
This they will most likely NEVER get back.
Yes ultimately it was their decision, but if one view is only ever heard it can prove convincing and dangerous.
I could maybe have expressed view on the linked article better and should maybe have considered more before posting.

Yes I will be over the moon IF UK has all too 9 cohorts vaccinated by March.
I will also be delighted at any point Cineworld SP is in the £2:50 range even if it takes fair bit longer than your entirely possible timeframe :-)
I will probably be most happy when here in the UK and then worldwide when covid is little more that a footnote on the news and we have a life we recognised as " normal" a year ago.
Here is hoping vaccine program smashes all targets currently laid out!!!

I think it can be good to challenge people's thoughts though as it opens their minds often to further possibilities.

Not here for a popularity contest. Here as an investor in Cineworld and to discuss (preferably reasoned) various points on current and future Cineworld prospects.
£2:50 or 30p soon equally holds no value to me.

I DID say we are not WELL ahead of target, and as it happens with couple days to go that is pretty much where we are.
Roughly on the target/very slightly ahead maybe.

I will repeat that if Cine is £2:50 in coming days I will be delighted.
IF by March all too 9 cohorts are vaccinated I will be delighted.
Wishing stuff doesn't make it so not does it necessarily make it realistic.

I am capable of working out c. 6 weeks by 3m meets the 17m cohorts 5 - 9, but how does that prove it is possible?
Has UK averaged 3m per week yet?
Are none of cohorts 1 - 4 due second vaccine in that timeframe (if so then reducing by equal number the number of first vaccines, or even more as it takes longer to access some of the first 4 groups).
Are the government and Pfizer telling lies regards a slow down for couple weeks on supply due to Pfizer having to close part of plant down to allow for future expansion?
