AMC were $7 plus back was it September at basically their pre covid levels and a company similar to Cineworld in its future prospects and levels of debt.
Shows that businesses in the same market dont always have SP reflective of this.

Stubbornly holding Cineworld, though should probably have moved at least some into other areas (even for short term).
We are where we are though and I am likely sticking with our horse.

Westwood LTIP requires share price to reach level for 3 months (also not sure, but think the clue is in the title LONG term inventive plan and its a 3 year plan). He and others that are eligible for it then require to hold the shares for a further 2 years.

I might be mistaken, but I think it is essentially only a remuneration meeting so I expect nothing of note that would influence share price.

Would be VERY surprised (pleasantly) to see 1 - 9 covered fully by end March. Remember we have (mostly) only done 1st of 2 jabs for about half of the first 4 cohorts.
I would think both vaccines would be required to have been given for those first 9 levels before we see real opening up of economy and way of life.

There is always a chance in life, but from all that's been said to date and what we can see before our own eyes I would say NO chance cinemas open end of March in UK.

Biden had his first 5 days for 100 in 100 policy (understand and expect like UK it will progressively ramp up). Good to start getting a feel for that though as UK is relatively small beer re: Cineworld when compared to US importance and size.

I would expect we will be a little past half way on first 4 cohorts by that day latpulldown, and we want to be to keep on target :-)

Vaccine supply can and I believe should also ramp up significantly worldwide at pace.
Indian manufacturing plant quoted as saying plan to produce 1.5 - 2.5billion doses this year.
They had a fire killing 5 people couple days ago, but not disrupted covid vaccine production I believe.
There will be other large scale plants given authority to produce vaccine I believe.

Within the LTIP it has flexibility to be adjusted depending on changing circumstances.
Therefore I don't personally see RI any more or less likely.
LTIP are pretty standard practice and there already was one in place. Due to covid it is merely being updated/altered.
It's a 3 year plan and then benefactors require to hold for further 2 years before selling their shares as I understand.
My main concern would be that it seems they can get the incentive award even in the event of business going to the wall (I am not expert in these matters, but that is how it read to me).

I don't at think the variant has in itself out us that far back. We had/were going to have this wave and lockdown anyway. We also have needed vaccination regardless of variants.
I don't think opening can/will be much before May, equally I dont think it can/will be much after May.
Schools have been widely reported as priority and they don't look like before March.
Other areas will gradually come on board after them.
I would be surprised if we close the international airline business through summer and I would be somewhat surprised/annoyed if that was open before leisure within UK.
Far greater risk by international travel than socially distanced activities here.
Had we locked down the borders in Feb/March I imagine the UK would have seen a very different year and that's not said in hindsight.
It was clear back then virus spreads by human contact and it was going through Mainland Europe by then.
Let's hope US make massive progress with Vaccine in next month or two.
They already have rolled fairly well in worldwide scales.

I expect nothing of note first half of this year, well April/May already mostly moving later.
So long as there are new lower budget movies constantly releasing first couple months for business to open and tick over awaiting more relaxation of restrictions to enable busier cinemas for the blockbusters second half of year.
