Arbs are buying on the spread but also on chance of another bid IMO

Where did £2.50 arise ? you are happy to settle foe £1.Lydia are not flush,but Alacer are ! and so are many other Majors. Glen has too much self interest here and is not delivering "maximum shareholder value" which may longterm have well passed £2.50

I agree with the comments over the last few days that it would be probably be a massive change of direction too expensive and time consuming for Sandstorm to undertake the method of this "merger" unless they were pretty sure of it happening,So why would they be so sure?probably because the man they have trusted and listened to, has arrogantly told them "no problem,as long as THOSE LOT make a profit they will sell or vote yesl".Looks like from what I see and read you may have "MISSPOKEN Mr Parsons"
