@Ludek-My minimum of£2.50 figure has always been based on very simple formula and the premise that gold mines tend to sell for their deposit and a little for potential.So I have always thought since the first REM that "our share" would eventually equate to 2moz to be sold @ £200poz(min) > £400 divide by Mcap and multiplied by share price(allowing %for warrants and options) has always given more than £2.50.I believe the Marl share will pass 2moz easily and because of the grades may well be worth significantly more than £200m poz,Extremely conservative estimate I believe. How do you arrive at £2.50 can I ask.

that Parsonstorm are both dumb enough to put a bid together,that they know will be rejected.The 75% clause pretty much guarantees rejection and if this is the case they are naive to think the market won't see straight through it..so do they just back away after rejection ?Then what happens to the sp ?news in the meantime ?Questions,questions.questions

something I have never shared with this board are emails i exchanged with Eric over a year ago.Which strengthened my belief that Erg was initially the main goal and HM was a massively lucky addition.The recent lack of info on 2 Ergama drills and Glen not even mentioning it in that last interview strengthens my belief. Eric invoices Marl for his services as Eric Roth Global (ERG his own company)so I asked him was it a coincidence (ha,ha) that ERGAMA was an acronym for E ric R oth G loba lA nd MA riana .he said "I had eagle eyes but no it was just a local name" maybe I am creating conspiracy theories but I bet sandstorm have seen all of the outstanding HM drill results and the two missing Ergama ones .I would also like to know if the Ergama drills have been applied for and in what name?

Thanks for that itsyou ,if the theories of 75% posted just after you are right,Sandstorm will know there is no way of achieving it if Sprott were against it ! So if they were serious,they would have involved Sprott in the conversations.If the 75% is not correct they might even find it difficult to get 50% if PIs are against it. to all on here who i disagreed with over the years when they criticized GP .My strong views were that he was building a company in a measured and careful way for us to be able to play with the" big boys". I believe I got everything right apart from the company name,the company he is working for is GP inc. . My doubts crept in when he referred to PIs disparagingly as "you lot" .He now seems close to achieving his personal objective.or will it come back to bite him ? I am certain his view will be that PIs should shut up and be happy that we have made a profit,well Mr GP ,I personally bought into your falsehoods of " maximising shareholder value" .So should your massively undervalued sale not go through because "them lot "voted against it .I cannot see you remaining in your current position Interesting times we should not RULE anything out.

If any are in any doubt about how Mr R Rule feels about the "SELL OUT" then please watch his interview. --Body language FURIOUS ,words NOT HAPPY ,Th are are several here that could add up to a % difference.

Annoyingly Blackfish that still values Marl @under £200m--far less than just the sale price of a probable 2moz @HM and excluding Arg 1/2 moz and Erg potential. I feel like a stitched up kipper,but I guess it's just a case of hobsons eventually.

Lots or possible reasons,but maybe they have already had a cosy chat while at a Marl board meeting and agreed to get access to the 30% and Ergama through Sandstorm.Maybe with Alacer funding a % of both? intriguing innit !

so are Sandstorm taking up all the slack as it represents a discount to their offer,or is someone taking a position .We shall see ,shan't we.

I wonder if their views have changed after comments by Sprott and the buying yesterday.Their view that a major would not be interested just for 30% may be missing a point as whoever picks up marl,picks up 100%Ergama-which is IMO BIG,and one of the reasons I would keep the Sandstorm shares if fthat meagre deal goes through.GLA

1.Did glen arrange the TSX listing just to make it easier for Sandstorm. 2.We were told Lydia were looking at listing,is it too early for them to do it,by buying Marl in cash.And acquire their original Ergama target in the process Lots more to come here me thinks

Thanks itsyou,I believe that means they give themselves the flexibility to raise their offer.So Sprott would be mad not to make them do so.Sandstorm,cannot lose because if they don't win the bid then their own shareholding has been driven up in price.

Nice news Gixxer,We will see over the next couple of weeks if an offer appears.In the meantime the shares should be scarce and if it goesbeyond the £1.10 mark we will know whats up.GLA
